Clean rooms, breakfast

Overheated room and blocked safe problems. Staff couldn't find a proper solution in a reasonable time. Lost 3 hours of my time + poor value during more than 5 hours. . No willingness to compensate a prepaid rate besides offering free parking in a 300 m away location and city tax (<10%).

Not enough lighting in living room even you switch on all lightsThe balcony is communicable to other rooms next to you, so you have to keep them shut and curtain all closed when you are sleeping or out.

Breakfast was very good. The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was very small and had no window but the mirrors about the walls made it look bigger.

Breakfast was poor: hot beverages was by machine, juices were “by discount” and sweets and croissant were frozen and low quality. Unfortunately, that is the average level of breakfast in 3stars hotel

- Very good breakfast- Loved the sun deck- Great location to the Furtschellasbahn

- Big room but scarcely furnished (wish there would have been a couch or a set of comfy seats in the room)- Not very attentive staff - had to fetch a high chair for the kids by myself for breakfast and tell them to fill up juice and water for the coffee machine - too warm in the rooms at night - had to leave a window open

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, reasonably priced restaurant. Good wellness area. Reduced price ski pass.

Parking CHF 12 per day.

Very clean and beautifully decorated rooms, simple and stylish with good materials. Nice beds. A very good restaurant on the ground floor!

Robbery.

Our initial day was ok, but it changed when items went missing the second day. We turned our suitcases upside down 3 times as well as the room, but never located them.The items were left in the room as we attended a nearby event the entire lenght of the day.We went to reception to discuss our findings, only to immediately told off: "Our staff will never steal."We asked for the manager and were told off again: "Just call police if you want to."Allright, we did, we filed a complaint and were about to leave on our journey home when the manager decided to show up (only because the police took our statement and stood in front of the hotel). His only reaction was towards the police officers: "Ok so when we get the papers I will forward them to my lawyer immediately." ?Never apologized, never said anything else to us.Sadly manners can't be taught.So if you appreciate peace of mind, manners, your belongings to stay in your possession and service:just stay clear of this venue & hotel Piz in St. Moritz which is also managed by the same manager.

nice double luxury rooms . Simpler rooms have very poor value for money

We booked deluxe double with Balcony 3 nights. Cost in excess of CHF 1300. Prepaid! The hotel/Bookings made a mistake and had booked us in the simplest room of the hotel. We agreed to stay in that room for 1 night incl. rebate for price difference to be helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night, not a word of apology from anybody or a gesture. Next day, the hotel said, oh still full we cannot change. Had to request senior management for a change, still no apologies from senior who grudgingly agreed to a change. No help for change of room. For the next 3 days, could not get answer on compensation for price difference or any gesture. Last day leaving, we give you free parking and tourist tax...Really, the whole experience felt like it was our fault that the hotel had made a mistake. Through all this we were careful to be polite to staff, as it was not their fault. But clearly they had not been trained

not a pet friendly facity. they force you to stay in room with animal until they are ready to clean

Very kind staff, very well located, clean

At first we got a room wichi wasn't quiet at all, then we informed the receptionist and she was very nice to us: she immediately changed the room (with uograde!)

Very kind staff, comfortable beds and great location.

Quite warm air in the room, even when keeping windows tilted. Steam sauna could need some basic cleaning / renovation.

Room, spa, atmosphere

Staff is super friendly and welcoming, superb breakfast, excellent restaurant, sunsets on the rooftop terrace are amazing for cooling off in style after sauna.

Restaurant was excellent, room service was great.

The fellow at the Reception was not helpful. Main problem was that our room was cold during the firs 2 nights because they had not turned on the heating yet. It is not comfortable for us to stay in a room that is too cold.

The location was great, within walking distance from the main city centre, beautiful walks everywhere.

We were in a room with a shared terrace for smokers. So when you leave the window open, and someone from the bedroom next door is smoking outside, all the smoke would come into our room. That was really annoying, even my dog started coughing. We should be given the option of non-smoking rooms, but I can also understand if they are putting dog reservations on the 1st floor.
