- Scheduled a ride pickup at the train station. Van was 30 mins late from the scheduled time. Also did not have a record of the prearranged return shuttle to the train station. This had been done and confirmed prior to our travel via email.
- We main bar area was closed and you had to order cocktails which would be delivered from the restaurant - not really a good vibe. Overall the hotel is lovely

The location on the lake was beautiful and it is in the center of St. Moritz shopping. The room was clean with plenty of closet space, a safe and the non alcoholic beverages in the minibar were complimentary. Very homey feel.
