Crystal Hotel superior

Super nice and supportive staffs. Best room service among the hotels I¿ve stayed in Switzerland so far. Breakfast is also good.

Modern and clean, staff super friendly.The breakfast is buffet style but with a wide choice of items from fruit, cereals, fantastic breads and pastries, through to cooked egg and bacon.The wellness centre has a good gym, sauna, steam room and other relaxation rooms included. Massages are paid for in addition.The location is close to the funicular up to slopes so it is easy to get to / from the slopes without needing a bus or taxi or long walk in ski boots.The price is expensive but hey, this is St Moritz!

Room and location

The use of strong chemicals to clean the room. We had to leave the windows open for a long time to try and clear it out. It’s winter and quite cold.

Right in the middle of downtown near dining etc and the funicular trams up the mountain. Our room faced the mountain and was fun to watch trams and the weather changes up there.Staff very helpful on a number things.Good buffet breakfast.

Do not be fooled by Google or anyone saying it is a short walk from train station to hotel. It is all uphill in a big way. Bus is best option. Taxi was $25 for the short road trip.

The staff in the hotel was great - always friendly, helpful, provided tips for hiking routes etc. The valet parking system was also very fast and convenient. The hotel is in a central location in St. Moritz, close to many shops and restaurants and the central bus stop right in front. Sauna zone was small, but quite good.

The room was on the old side - clean, but not renovated. Single socket for charging things, old furniture, old facilities. The view from the room was also non-existing, unfortunately, I only had a roof of the parking garage in front of me, not the lake or mountains (that would be wonderful).The breakfast was good, but not the best - quite limited buffet choice and any "custom" a la carte items cost money, not included.

It was a very nice vacation, the reception staff were amazing.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. It was two single beds joined together not a king size bed.

Hygiene, restaurant, staff

We used the hotel’s valet service, and unfortunately, during the time our car was parked in their garage, a minor scratch occurred. The valet team (presumably responsible) refused to accept fault, even though it was clear the damage happened while the vehicle was in their care. They also refused to provide any formal documentation of the process. We didn’t have the time to spend hours waiting for police reports and an investigation. To avoid such complications, it’s best to either park alongside the valet staff and document the car’s condition together or ask for self-parking

Wonderful hotel in the heart of St. Moritz. Staff was friendly, the two room suite provided ample space for a large family or small group.

We had a great stay at Crystal Hotel. We were steps away from the funicular to Chantarella and the ski rental shop were also next door, which made our skiing trip wonderful. At Crystal hotel, Lea, Filippa and Elisa offered amazing service and made our stay extremely comfortable. Our room was very comfortable and we will plan on staying here again for our spring break next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great! The hotel restaurant Grissini was very good as well. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Location in the heart of city and 2 min from ski lift. Stuff is nice and helpful.. Service is twice per day and always in time.. Bed, pillows are very comfortable and soft, room a bit small but cosy. Sauna and steaming are quite nice.Transfer from/ to railway station.

Breakfast is till 10.15 and they start to remove everything sharply at this time in front of you. The variety could be better though all necessary stuff is there

They charged us for extra in breakfast, eventhough it is breakfast included.Their excuse is i made rooms for 1 people each.But even in booking document it has written as the booking price includes 4 people.

Breakfast was great. Location as perfect. City buses to the gondolas stopped right outside the hotel. About 1/2 block away was a funicular going up the mountain connecting to two gondolas. Did not eat in their restaurant due to poor selection of entrees. But are many other good restaurants within a block or so.

Nothing other than that the individual bedrooms in the 2 bedroom suite did not have tv’s. There was only one in the living room.

The staff was excellent and kindly answered questions. The location was near stores, bus stop, funicular to Piz Nair & train. Shuttle to train was particularly helpful. The breakfast was good & the bus/lift tickets were much appreciated.

Centrally located in the middle of the town, super clean; friendly and helpful reception, the rooms were nicely decorated with super comfy beds. Bathroom with toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, also super clean and functional. Great breakfast, nice roof terrace. Also, shuttle service to the station is available.

Everything was perfect, just keep in mind that in case you're by car, parking needs to be arranged. But this is clearly communicated, so it is not an issue.

Location was ideal in the centre of town. Exceptionally clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful.Bedding was soft and comfortable.The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of options. Courtesy transfer with our luggage was helpful on the morning of departure when it was -16 degrees and freezing to walk.

Suggest an update of the decor and install walk-in showers rather than shower over bath option which is not user-friendly when the taps come off so easily. Suggest less furniture in the double superior room as it feels cramped.Brewed coffee needs to be with fresh beans instead of old filter variety.Otherwise, enjoyed our stay
