Pros +
- One of Europe’s top 3 best hotels when it comes to the staff, the rooms, the location and that amazing view
- Service needs improvement
- Everything was exceptional from the staff to the facilities, but if I had to choose one thing that stood out, it was an amazing breakfast with a panoramic view.
Cons -
- Didn’t like the short stay, would’ve loved to stay longer
- There was really no communication between concierge and thr rest of the team. We booked and confirmed a restaurant for dinner and there was no table for us. They then gave us a “side table” (you couldn’t call it any different as there was no space to put plates and glasses on it) and shoved us by the piano where we couldn’t hear each other. We booked this restaurant a month in advance too! Shocking! They booked my transfer and on the day they told me they don’t have anything in their system and only when I showed them my emails they found the details. There are so many beautifully dressed staff with big smiles on their face but the service is not up the scratch apart from ladies at the reception..

Price was a bit high, but worth it!
The location is great. It’s a historic building with according style of rooms and places.
It’s the first time ever i was pointed to giving a tip while checking out ! While at everything we ate and drink I already tipped. It’s unacceptable
We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Location, attentive staff, beautiful breakfast with amazing views. The pool & spa area was lovely, again with stunning views.
I like the amenities of this hotel. though it may be a bit pricey but definitely worth the payment you spend on. YOU TOTALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. the staff were all accomodating they also picked us up at the train station which was a 3mins ride haha in a rolls Royce. ? it was snowing during our stay they were able to accomodate us complimentary ride to and from the shops around st moritz
what I didn’t like about my stay was my cancelled booking at the spa . cancelled on the same day of the booking because I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t get out of bed. took some pain meds and it knocked me out on the same day. JESSICA from the spa called and o asked if I can cancel my booking because I’m not feeling well and couldn’t come she told me “No you can’t cancel because we are fully booked now” Without taking any consideration on my side she abruptly replied no. so I dropped the phone and didn’t know what to do because I was alone in the room and couldn’t even get out of the bed. upon checking out I saw that they charged me of the full amount at 250 eu for manicure and 200 eu approx. for pedicure too total of 450 eu +++ . they charged me 100% of the cost even though I didn’t show up because I was feeling well. in my end isn’t it that the hotel also needs to check on the welfare of the guest too? and the guest in the hotel? for me I made the right choice not to go to the spa considering that I was traveling for the past few days and I don’t want any chances of a virus in the spa considering that it’s a small place. upon so many considerations and explanations that I made through fron office they only gave me a discount of 25% off from the spa. another option was to avail the service on the same day of my checkout but they were also confused if to charge me a new rate or not. so that’s what confused me also. I have sent an email to Jessica a day after that incident but she wasn’t able to get back to me asap. and on that day another staff was handling me and had to coordinate with JESSICA STILL. point here is I think you should put considerations on your cancellation charges if theres an appropriate reason for it. safety of your guest and the guest around should be your priority as well.
We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the lake. it was spectacular. everything at badrutts palace exceeded our expectations. for example, the service at breakfast was exceptional- very attentive and food was excellent; concerige was very helpful work hiking trails to do and he organised complimentary rides to and from hiking spots; we were able to use complimentary electric bikes; the housekeeping service was exceptional- clothes were folded up, and very fast and efficient. Brilliant hospitality. we will definitely be back.
This hotel far exceeds expectations. The staff is attentive and will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is also great, with incredible views of the Lake. We enjoyed this top-rate hotel, their services and the friendly atmosphere the staff creates. Other pluses were: breakfast, the indoor/outdoor pool and the spa. We will definitely return.
to start, the staff at this hotel is nothing but kind and courteous. anyone i spoke with was sweet and helpful. the hotel itself is beautiful with lots of great amenities (like the pool and spa area!). the bed in the room was so comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic (they have both buffet and a la carte options). would love to stay here again.
Exzellent breakfast
Something weint wrong with May bokking i wanted a seeview room and when i arrived they had a village view room reserved. I had to pay extra for seeview room which was much smaller then on previous occasions.
Fantastic breakfast, great location, stellar staff service (quite rare in a post-Covid world..). Arrived without any ski gear and the concierges went out of their way to help me find my outfits. Also all of the hotel restaurants are delicious and there's an option for every taste. Will definitely come back!
The location of the hotel is excellent and the size of the room was impressive.
I felt the room was not clean enough as I found a few strands of hair on both the pillowcases. We only used the concierge once and unfortunately Paradiso Club could not find our reservation but were thankfully able to accommodate us.
Best location in St Moritz , one of the best ski service inside of the hotel , nice spa , good breakfast,
Staff not well trained, service quite poor , concierge service poor , old furnishing everywhere. need some refreshment !
Location in the centre, amazing view of the lake, unique Christmas decoration, polite and attentive staff, clea and wonderful wellness center.
Everything was perfect! ?
legendary hotel, yet concierge service works best only when you insist
location, view, style
On the positive side Beautiful decor and lobby Great foodWonderful spaBest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen (I came back here literally for that this time) Ski room is well stocked and quick
For about 1,400.- we got a pretty small room (to small to open bags in) and no unpacking service offered (which usually we don’t bother with but when the room is so small..) Pick up was late by half an hour…Was charged for a rolls Royce but got a minivan…Ski room doesn’t have any lockers at all…Not a feeling of closeness with anyone there really, though maybe cos I only stayed one night.
Everything is more beautiful than anything, as if you are in your own home, as if the staff are the owners of the place because of their concern for the hotel guests. Something beautiful and wonderful. I was very happy. I loved the place and I loved the hotel. And I have a plan to buy the hotel and its facilities
If you really want to experience the best, than this hotel is all worth it. It's ultimate luxury and staff so helpful and courteous. Food, bar, pool, spa all extremely amazing. It's an experience, you cannot miss. We stayed in the room with a lake view balcony and just breathtaking. Simply superb. I loved the pool , and one of the best massage I've had. I also loved the bar and it had some amazing single malts which I tried. Breakfast with amazing view outstanding.
Everything was superb.
We liked everything except for the mattress:) Slept really bad because of it, everything else was amazing!!
