- Very friendly staff
- From the very first moment, Art Boutique Hotel Monopol exceeded every single expectation. The experience was flawless from start to finish.Even before our arrival, the team proactively got in touch to ask about any specifics, preferences, or arrangements we might need — a level of care that immediately stood out. They went on to take care of most of our activity reservations, making the entire trip smooth, stress-free, and perfectly organized. The shuttle car pick-up from our arrival point was seamless and punctual, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay. Check-in was effortless, warm, and welcoming the staff are genuinely friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. What truly impressed us is how the team did their absolute best to assist with everything: directions and guidance around St. Moritz, the best recommendations for dinners, lounges, and clubs, and clear advice on getting to the slopes. All kinds of transportation were arranged efficiently and effortlessly nothing ever felt like too much to ask.The room was immaculate spotlessly clean, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was beyond expectations, with outstanding attention to detail. The bathroom was very spacious, luxurious, and perfectly maintained, adding greatly to the comfort of our stay.Everything about this hotel reflects excellence service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. It truly feels like a place where guests are genuinely cared for, not just accommodated.I cannot recommend Art Boutique Hotel Monopol enough. An outstanding experience in every sense, and without a doubt a hotel I will return to whenever I’m in St. Moritz.

Cons -
- Nothing!
- Expensive for what you get, compared to the rest of the country. Basic breakfast.
- Our room faced the shops and it was very noisy all night, so much so we hardly slept. They provide earplugs but they were poor quality and did not block the noise.

Nothing!
Nice hotel, comfortable but plain room, decent location.
Expensive for what you get, compared to the rest of the country. Basic breakfast.
Room and bathroom were clean and staff was great.
Our room faced the shops and it was very noisy all night, so much so we hardly slept. They provide earplugs but they were poor quality and did not block the noise.
Furnishings, service, restaurant, sky bar & view, concierge indoor parking, EVERYTHING was exceptional!
Great time
The public areas are too small. The roof top bar is nice but tiny and the lounge on the ground floor was very unwelcoming.
Location
We get different Room from the one we paid for but after we complain the second day we fix it
Located in city centre was close the shopping, great day spa and excellent views, Sky bar was very nice
The location was difficult to access when there was ice on the road to the hotel. Very busy pedestrian zone was difficult to drive up to and unload. Reception staff were not friendly. No-one was prepared to assist with moving the luggage from car to the hotel. Reception staff watched as I tried to struggle with luggage up stairs. There is no lift from the front of the hotel entrance to the reception, I have a disability so it was very difficult. When valet did try to assist on loading car at checkout they forgot some luggage. Luckily I could return a few days later to collect.
Excellent location and large rooms.very friendly staff.
SPA was great!
The bathroom was flooded, but quickly fixed. The beds are good, but the pillows can be much better…
Great breakfast, wonderful service. Clean buffet area and the wait staff was quite attentive.
Location, fit-out, staff!
The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice, the location of the hotel is good. The pick-up and drop off at the train station was appreciated and probably one of the reasons to pick the hotel for our stay.
All good.
The location
The rooms are old and not clean it really dusty and dirty
Breakfast was excellent. I liked the choices. The bed was the most comfortable bed of my vacation. I’m so glad I chose to go to dinner at this hotel. The presentation of the food was amazing and tasted good as well. The waiters paid just the right amount of attention to me. They asked for my arrival time and picked me up at the train station and took me to the station in the morning.
I can’t think of anything.
Perfect location and accommodation. Great service. Tips - use bus 4 (stops at train station) to visit Nietzsche‘s house in Sils. Use bus 2 (stops beside hotel) to visit https://www.muottasmuragl.ch/en/. Bus 6 (stops beside hotel) can drop you by the lake for a walk and feed the ducks (which was great fun). Bus 6 can bring you to Celerina village and lifts. Loads to do in the summer, for an inspirational week.
Great location in the middle of St. Moritz, nice and comfortable rooms with a view to the lake and the mountains. Good breakfast buffet, nice and helpful personnel
The location is great! Well located in the center. The breakfast was excellent, the room was big enough for family of 3 and the staff was so nice and welcoming. The hotel shuttle was on time and comfortable.I loved the art!
Super central, friendly with kids, helpful.
Little help at late arrival, staff friendly but brought in luggage in ourselves.
