About
Decorated in the classical art-nouveau style of the late 19th century, Hotel Reine Victoria is only 328 feet away from the ski elevators in St Moritz Bad and offers stylish rooms with views of the surrounding Alps. Parking (extra fee) and free WiFi are available. A new bar with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks promises a special experience. The spacious units are decorated with elegant, traditional-style furniture and feature a flat-screen TV as well as a bathroom with bathtub or shower. Some rooms offer a balcony. In summer, guests staying 2 nights or more enjoy free use of the cable cars and local public transport. In winter, guests can book a ski pass for the entire duration of their stay. Culinary delights from Swiss Cuisine to Asian dishes can be experienced at the partner restaurants Laudinella and Corvatsch just down the street. All guests benefit from free entry to the public Ovaverva pool and spa just across the street (at their opening times). A cross-country skiing track and several hiking and cycling trails start on the premises. The hotel features a ski storage room and offers a ski equipment hire. The Signal cable car, 328 feet away, provides easy access to the Corviglia and Piz Nair ski areas. Our hotel is operated cashless (also no money exchange). All major credit and debit cards and Twint are accepted for payment.

Pros +
- Location and grand breakfastts. The spa across the street was a real plus too. Easy skiing rentals, as well as cross country ski rentals and instructor. It's an incredible location to enjoy all winter sports. Very close to the Signal Gondola.
- Very good hotel
- Location, our room, the service. The restaurants a block away were very good and priced right.
Cons -
- The size of the shower was way too small. Some days we went to the spa across the street to shower and get ready.. The cost of taxi transportation was very high. It is best to walk and enjoy the scenery.
- The furnishings were dated, the rugs/carpets were worn, discolored. Lobby circulation is challenging.
- 1) Please train your desk staff and give them basic information that all guests will ask. Example: the nice young ladies had no idea where the bus stops are located and don't have the printed shuttle bus schedules on hand or even how to get them! The desk manager (male) is rude. Those schedules are in every other hotel lobby and on each bus! I checked. How can a 4 star hotel fail a basic service item so important for a ski resort! A clear failure. Other questions are usually met with "I don't know".It is obvious that Reine Victoria is the training (or dumping ground) for the overall staff at all the Laudinella group.Exception: the bar staff and the housekeeping staff; they are excellent.2) At breakfast the staff keep taking away my plates. If I get up to get another cup of coffee my food is gone when I return. If I get more food my coffee has been taken away.I leave my cell phone at the table is a signal that I am still eating but this is ignored.STOP STEALING MY FOOD! It is such waste, I saw this happen to other tables every day.

The rooms are warm, quiet and fairly large. We booked a "deluxe double" and was pleased with it but could see the furniture is old but still serviceable. Bathroom nice and very clean, but asked for a bath in the "deluxe double" but only had a shower. Not worth going back to the desk to change rooms. The housekeeping staff were excellent and did a great job!Beds were nice and comfortable with comfy blankets and pillows.Great location in St. Moritz Bad close to three bus stops. The cocktail lounge was nice and, for St. Moritz, reasonably priced. Bar staff friendly and good at mixing cocktails, etc.Breakfast buffet is very good with a large selection. Nice dining area.Overall look of the interior is very nice with a grand lobby that is very relaxing. Old but still nice. For skiers: The ski room is basically good and has a tuning room for real skiers to tune and wax their own skis.Close to shuttle bus stop or a 5 minute walk to the Signal Bahn cable car. Make to sure to get a shuttle bus schedule. Once you figure out the bus system all around St. Moritz you will be very happy. Also, the hotel shuttle from St. Moritz train station to hotel and back to train station is excellent. Just make sure you sign up in advance. The drivers are excellent and help with the luggage. They really have to work hard as they are covering at least 3 Laudinella hotels. Please tip them.

Great breakfast, rooms are very old and not very soundproof, location was a bit out of town, thou close to some of the ski lifts.
Bit out of town, rooms old with lots of noise from others.
The atmosphere was warnThe reception staff friendly niceThe shuttle service was great
The towels were old The pillows were thin The breakfast needs more variety
Ok
Needs some maintenance, toilet didn’t flush, and needs cosmetic work. Very small shower in a large bathroom
The breakfast
It’s falling apart. Everything is outdated, or not working. Prices are absurd.
I was upgraded to a beautiful room. Great view and fantastic space
Breakfast options were not the best.
The style, friendly staff, atmosphere
Shuttle service I requested and the driver knew I was coming by the train and moment the train arrived he left without waiting 5 minutes for me to come outside.
Beautiful hotel, very kind staff, good rooms and spa.
Room was large and spacious. Breakfast was great. The free train ticket voucher to the mountain was much appreciated.
Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel has such potential.
Cheap upgrades. Stodgy staff. Smelly bathroom-- it smelled like sewage and was very powerful, so much so that the smell made us keep the bathroom door closed. We refused to shower because the smell was so overwhelming and the "ick factor" as a result, was so high. Only stayed two night and immediately showered upon getting to our next hotel.
Central location….breakfast….helpful staff
The breakfast was awesome!
I got a text from this hotel asking for more money if we wanted a queen bed and a shower. It felt like a scam
The excellent breakfast buffet and the nice bar.
No good lighting for applying make-up in the bathroom.
Great staff . Very authentic design but modern rooms and wonderful clean facilities and rooms.
They did upgrade our room. It was a beautiful historic hotel but they had no restaurants available and no food available in the hotel unless you were part of an organized tour. We did get breakfast, however. They did provide a shuttle to the train station.
It was a beautiful historic hotel. However, it caters to the ultrarich. As does the majority of Saint Moritz. It is not for the average traveler, it’s not comfortable. We had to walk 200 meters in the rain to find a hotel with a restaurant. We had a tuna poke bowl and a Greek salad and two glasses of wine and it was €125. And this was summer prices! So if you go to Saint Moritz, be prepared to pay.
Nice warm hotel, staff and amenities.
Location, stylish Victorian atmosphere, cozy bar, free pickup from the train station. A lot of extra activities in and around the hotel (concerts, events, food festivals etc.).Free local railroad and funicular pass (in summer).
Ovaverva (shared large spa in St moritz) was closed, which was not indicated upon booking. Internal spa facility was small and miserable.Breakfast was good, but I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel.Check-out until 10.30...
