Hotel GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ

The hotel is beautiful and we got one of the new rooms. Great amenities, clean rooms, incredibly professional and helpful staff.

this was an absolute dream for our ski trip! the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, a tip, or a plan. The complimentary shuttle into town was a huge win !our room was well-designed and felt very "modern alpine". waking up to breakfast with full mountain-and-lake views every morning was also truly wonderful! the kind of moment that makes you slow down and actually enjoy being there. after long days on the slopes, the spa and pool felt like a personal apology from winter. overall, the hotel made our trip very easy! would happily stay again

Beautiful location and rooms, very clean and exceptional staff

We liked everything. This place, especially off season is a gem.

I would only improve the gym a bit. All the equipment is great, but if there is anything to make it perfect I would add more exercise bands, have the Bosu ball inflated, add some more foam rolls and stretch equipment, add one machine for leg work, and perhaps a pull up bar.

Amazing Breakfast. The best that we had in all of Switzerland. Very close to train station. They picked us up and dropped us off.

Spa closes at 8 pm..too early. . Just when we wanted to use it.

Top notch luxury property. One of the most well appointed properties I've stayed in. Excellent customer service, great food and superb facilities. It's a little pricey but I will stay there again in a heartbeat.

Brilliant location, mini-luxurious, amazing view!

Check-out process was less friendly than check-in

Great location and super friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, both buffed and a la carte, included in the rate and same goes for spa which had pool, whirlpool and sauna. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.

Lack of international food options.

Spectacular hotel in a class of its own. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and bathroom. Public spaces like bar, lounge and restaurant beautiful with breathtaking views. Spa, saunas and pool lovely with indoor and outdoor space. Staff friendly and helpful. Attention to all the little details. Had breakfast at the hotel with extensive, high quality buffet with options off menu as well. A truly luxurious hotel.

Great location, nice facility, great spa center

The staff did not assign me a room with nice views even after I paid for the upgrade. Had to change room 3 times during my 4-night stay The shower slot did not drain well and I was standing in water when I took shower. Called house keeping and maintenance folks came over, however did not fix the problem. I asked concierge about the famous Bernina Express, a hot tourist program in the region did not receive much information.

The staff was amazing and easygoing, didn’t cause any troubles while checking in. Easy to talk to and very delightful. The restaurant was amazing the rooms were clean and nice.

Great attentive and helpful staffs and services! Restaurant food quality, wine & bar selection. Spa facility and kids playroom...

The room is abit stuffy and feels warm even turn down to 20 degree, need to open the windows to get fresh air.

It was everything RIGHT!!! Beautiful view of the lake, spacious and well appointed rooms, incredible spa, superior food and the staff were all very kind and helpful!!! Caroline Oestergaard Nielsen and Oliver Grassi stand out as Super Stars!!! Their customer service skills were amazing!!! They each deserve Gold Medals!!! Bigs thanks for a wonderful stay at The Grace La Margna…we’ll be back‼️

Fantastic Hotel- Location is great- just next to the train station and top staff and service from start to end- the breakfast is fantastic as well as the spa amenities!
