I had room 23 and the beds were in a terrible bad state (sprung base and mattress). We consequently had bad sleep during our stay and ended up having back pain. The hotel staff seemed to be aware of the situation. From what we could understand, the hotel owner is reluctant to change the beds.For a 300CHF room, it is a shame to have such bad beds. Even at the youth hotel in St. Moritz, the beds are much better.

All aspects of the stay were excellent: management, staff, cleanliness, location, and guest attention.

very good location in the middle of Sils

we had two separate wooden framed beds that we’re supposed to be a double bed. that was not very comfortable for a couple. The breakfast was very old fashioned with bread, cheese, ham cereals, milk and juice out of the package. Boiled eggs were offered but any other eggs were extra. The Müsli was not good with canned fruit, fruit salad also canned. No fresh vegetables or salmon. In general it feels like the hotel is a bit old fashioned and hasn’t followed the development.

Good location, parking on site, friendly staff and decent rooms.

The walls are a bit thin, so it can get a bit noisy at night. The price is a bit steep for a small room and for someone who doesn't eat breakfast.

Nice room (we had the double superior, with nice entrance area for boots and storage, very useful, bathroom was big. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, covid-time so many restrictions in general but we had a good time, I would not choose again the half-pension because it is too much food and a bit too expensive for the type of food. We would come again. The hotel is just in front of the Kinderland and Langlauf piste, so the location is great. There is a common area to store the skiis and sledges, with heating, very nice. Bus stop is 30m away. We had the covered parking place (12CHf per day, very handy, we never used the car).

We liked almost everything, we would go back.
