Hotel Derby Interlaken - self check-in

The staff were rude, particularly the older lady. They charged us fees we were unaware of and even got mad that we took breakfast to go on our last day.

It was in a quiet neighborhood

The receptionist was efficient but not overly friendly or welcoming.

The room was very modern and Organized.

It served our needs

Nice breakfast included and easy 10 min walk to lots of restaurants. Ground floor room but was very quiet. Also loved the courtyard garden.

AC didn’t seem to work in room but it wasn’t really needed.

The full experience wasLovely very nice place to stay in with very good location

Last day for use the lady taking care of breakfast was super rude with us breakfast variety is poor and the pillows are not comfortable but overall experience was lovely

We like everything about the property! Location, cleanliness and great breakfast to start our day!

I hope there was an option to connect to Netflix.

Location. It also was clean and they did little extra things, like free umbrellas to use and bus passes.

Very comfortable place, nice staff and good location. The bed blanket was not clean and should have a removable cover to

Comfortable room and I appreciate the great value for money. We enjoyed the breakfast selection every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were also extremely helpful in helping us store and recover a medication that we needed to store and retrieve from the freezer after checkout.

The room is a bit small for 4 people with luggage. The shower is slippery.

The breakfast was great and surpassed our expectations. The views out the window of the mountains were wonderful as well. We loved the location. Walkable to both train stations.

The lobby was a bit outdated but the rooms were in much better shape.

Excellent location. Great customer service. Attention to tourists with tips and suggestions. Luggage storage for a few hours.

Ventilation in the bathroom.

Room is clean and petty

It’s little bit far from the train station. If you have large luggage, it might hard for you.

Room wsa clean, location was also great - everything was a walkable distance!

The room is too small because Interlaken hotel is very expensive. The sheets on the bed is not comfortable.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Great value.

Too high tech.

Breakfast was great; staff exceptional. Desk and cleaning people very helpful.

Close to each train station (~8 min walk to Interlaken West, ~20 to Interlaken Ost) right near Hohematte park which is in the center of the town and the shops. The continental breakfast in the morning was good (eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc.)

Our air conditioning unit kept leaking which they fixed immediately once we informed them. It then made a rattling noise when it kicked on, which they also immediately resolved. Great turn around.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the host was friendly and accommodating. On-site parking was also a plus.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. At least one of the rooms had their private bathroom down the hall, so be sure you know which room you're getting.

Excellent rooms, service was great. Very accommodating on special requests. In close proximity to the bus station and restaurants.
