Very friendly and helpful staff. great location for the city to get around.

the pillows and sheets were really uncomfortable. the room was smaller than I thought it was from the pictures. I didn't think it was a good value for the price.

The compact yet comfortable space with the essential amenities such as coffee, tea, soap, hair dryer. The inclusion of a full breakfast with wide variety of breads, juices, coffees, cheeses, cereal & hot items was excellent. Walking distance to key local entities. An elevator & available umbrella for rainy days!

Staff is really bad, there is no soundproofing, you can hear all voices who is walking to hotel, that price you can find other hotel

The hotel was in a really nice location, with easy access to trains and busses. They had great breakfasts, and had a luggage storage area to store your luggage prior to check in.

The bed was setup using 2 twin beds, which would slide apart if you rolled near the middle. We just turned the beds sideways and had no issues with it.

Staff was very nice

The elevator is only accessible till 3rd floor. They gave me 4th floor. I have big luggages and I booked this hotel because they said we could access upper floor by elevator.

The location is super easy to access, great breakfast, they provide the free transportation card for interlaken, bus stop was really close.

Unfriendly attitude from their reception Maybe they do not like having 1 year child !! At my last day at 11;05 one of their staff came to my room and she just stared at me ( as if she wants to throw us out ) check out supposed to be 11:00 !! and she never say one single word.Then i said to her we are going out .

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stop and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, it was also useful to have a common area to microwave food. We also paid extra for breakfast which had different choices.

The room was clean but we found a towel that was hanging on the bathroom door, dirty maybe from the previous person staying in the room, bathroom needs a bit of refurbishing. We also had to boil water in the kettle hanging on a shelf under the TV as there were no plugs under the table. Provided us with a portable aircon but was quite noisy.

Mattress felt old and uncomfortable for us as they were way too soft you feel you are sunk.

Close to train, very comfortable bed, very nice hosts and good breakfast. They also let us store luggage on our check out day so we could sight see.

Super close to main Interlaken West area. Walking to train station is less than 10mins too. Every facilities are working as it should.

The restaurant smell in ground floor. The pillows and beds are not hotel grade in my opinion.

The breakfast dining room is gorgeous as it is a historical building. Parking garage was very close.

Good location for downtown, bit of a walk from the train station. The rooms were better than I expected from the look of the outside of the building and the check in procedure. There was a great lounge area for groups to gather and breakfast was included and very satisfactory.

It is an older building in need of some attention. One of the rooms had the medicine cabinet fall off the wall while some one was in the shower! It had electrical wires attached so potentially very dangerous. There is basically no communication with staff except between 15:00 and 21:00. So when the cabinet fell at 9:30, it was just "oh Well".
