- Need to improve: 1) Hotel grade Bed Mattresses 2) White Bed sheet/Pillow case/Duvet (to look tidy) 3) Newer closet (Ikea type will do) 4) Hot kettle was provided with only 2 flavored tea bag (no black/green as choice)
- We did not realize both sides of the hotels had mountain views - choose the lake side - it's more removed from the train station, although we were so tired from our day excursions, the train didn't really bother us!
- Our room overlooked the train station. Although we were provided with ear plugs, the screeching of metal on metal at 23:00, midnight, 24:35, 1:10 and around 3am were difficult for sleeping. Morning staff individual was rude.

It is NOT qualified as 4 star. Even it is behind 3 star. There is no coffee machine in the room. Low-end hardware in the room let this " hotel" if it might be called as a motel.
