Room with views

I believe this hotel exceeded expectations based on the pictures. Breakfast was included and excellent.

The WiFi was generally very weak.

Location was perfect! next to the Interlaken West station...hard to beat that. The room was a good size and we were a group of 3. We had a very good breakfast with enough space for all the guests.

A bit more variety in the breakfast ( types of bread, bacon..etc) but honestly there was sufficient.

Room was very clean. Great view from balcony. Staff was friendly at front desk.

Staff desk Sylvio not friendly and threatened to calm the police if we do anything wrong.Also the rooms smelled bad.

Location, room was spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast was included.

This hotel is so close to the station so easy to navigate with cases. We loved meeting Gerome on check in . He was so helpful and welcoming . He obviously loves his job and his city and explained so much about what we could do during our stay. We were fortunate to have a room that looked out to the mountains. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Well, if you are looking for convenience and don't want to drag your luggages too far, just book this hotel. It's right next to the train and bus station. There are also lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets closed by. Good breakfast. Hams, sausages, eggs, cheese and bread.

The interior quite scary.

We were checked in by Roger who was welcoming and informative. He took the time to answer our questions and offered suggestions on how to make the most of our stay.

The location is perfect, the room is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Bed was a bit stiff. The housekeeper had forgotten to put the clean towels two days in a row.

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is very close to the Interlaken West station and everything is within easy walking distance. The room was superb, with lovely views of the mountains. Very clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was adequate.

LOCATION, just a short 1 minute walk to Interlaken West station and was in the hub of the tourist zone.Great facilities, comfortable bed and simple breakfast each morning included.

A+ location with 2 min walk to Train/bus station, We have booked a train ticket from Interlaken West to Zurich Airport with NO train change needed. In addtion, Hotel provide a Interlaken Guest Card for free local bus transportations, we use a lot travel between Interlaken West and Interlaken OSTBreakfast is great with ample selections, Free cappuccino at lobby is a plusExcellent river/Lake front natual walking trails nearby expecially the Helsana trailsAll staff are professional and eager to provide assistance and room/facility are comfy and clean.
