Excellent staff. Typical swiss eexperience. Great clean room.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good and provided a variety of options. The spa area was great. The spa staff was wonderful and the setting was a perfect way to relax and rejuvinate for the next day.

The fan in our room did not work. We reported the issue but the fan was not replaced or fixed during our stay. The hotel room was a little old and could have used some updating.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Salzano Hotel. The location is beautiful, the breakfast was very good, and the room was lovely and comfortable.Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Special thanks to Myriam?,who was incredibly cooperative and supportive beyond words. She genuinely cared about helping us and even followed up to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. She also kindly arranged breakfast for us, knowing we would miss it the next morning due to our very early trip to Milan.I travel twice a year, and honestly, I have never met a hotel reception staff member like her. This is the truth.I will definitely return again, as I truly enjoyed my stay.

Its location and very humble staff.

No public transportation after 7pm incase of going to main city center.

It’s was close to the city 6 minutes by car, quite area, they have EV charging station at the hotel parking but not free, the spa is amazing and the heated pool

The parking cost 7 euros and the EV charging also cost 5 euros each hour

Scenery, the spa was also great. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast had decent option.

The staff tried to push booking the restaurant alittle too much. We also decided to take a mid-day break and go back to the hotel, when we arrived there someone from maintenance was there and fiddling with TV. It caught us off guard and it was weird that they don't do maintenance between guests instead of barging into the room with our stuff in the way.Some of the guests were intimidate in the sauna but the staff didn't do anything about it.

Beautiful location just outside of Interlaken, so it was less trafficky and quieter than in town. The view of the hills and of Eiger from our small balcony were lovely. The grounds are beautiful. Gardens and balcony flowers are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. There is easy access to level paved and gravel walking paths past the fields behind and adjacent to the hotel, with stunning views of snow-capped peaks behind the hills.Parking was free, and there were plenty of spaces.Breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of options of food and of breakfast drinks (tea, coffee, fruit juices, milk).Staff was helpful, pleasant, and responsive. After checkout and about an hour away, we realized that we had left an item behind. I emailed the hotel and received an almost immediate response. The item was found, and they held it for us until we could retrieve it later in the day. Excellent communication throughout!

Sink drain was slow.

I will never go to this place again.

First, the photo of the property was misleading. Their restaurant which was at the beach and encouraged me to book the hotel was one hour boat ride to get there. The explanation of staff to get the restaurant and come back was not clear and it cost me not only couldn’t find the restaurant but it cost me $120 to to get back to hotel. Second, lighting system and plugging was not adequate. Third, the staff at the checkout was not friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The food was so delicious in their restaurant.

The quiet and peace as it's not in the main Interlaken west town. About 30min walk. Breakfast is good

There's a wasp in the balcony so we couldn't enjoy it, the spa also is not explained that it's accessible upon check in

the smell from nearby farms was not pleasing, but not obvious once within the hotel rooms.

On my next visit to Switzerland I am staying for sure no where but Salzano hotel. Best location, very friendly and helpful staff. For sure 5 star rating.

Power failure in the middle of the night on my first night of stay.

Spa, pretty location (farms) and great for walks and runs. Breakfasts were also fabulous.

Bus / taxi was the only way to get there if you didn’t have a car.

We loved this place--it was so cute and relaxing. I wish we had booked an additional night. The area is beautiful too. I definitely took advantage of the steam room and sauna, and the small pool outside. The included breakfasts were fantastic, it was hard not to eat too much. We had also booked dinner there and it was so good we booked again the next night. The products in the bathroom and spa smelled wonderful, we bought some to take home. :)

From our particular room, we could hear a bit of noise. we were very close to the reception desk. Probably the other rooms didn't have this issue.

Hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning views of the mountains. We stayed here as a break in our road trip and the highlight was breakfast on the patio looking out at the stunning scenery. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, giving us a room upgrade. We saw a lot of people outside leaving to hike or with skis, so I imagine it's a convenient location for that too.

A great place for a solo trip. Great spa and food. Easy access to hiking and surrounded by charming farmland!

Place was awesome, loved the Spa, being naked in the SPA though was a bit of a barrier, in general we really liked it.

Restaurant was a bit pricey so didn't even try it :/

Nice little spa area, cute garden, very nice rooms, super friendly staff. The restaurant is nice too, great food. The breakfast buffet is super nice. Only a few minutes to drive to the nice part of Interlaken.

The hotel is close to the street.
