Location is right on the water and only a short walk to the center of town. We had the room that occupied the entire top floor and it had the best views in the city if you ask me.

Right on the river side

There was no night shift. A couple of exposed wires on the property. The shower was a slip hazard. The light switches was a puzzle to understand. The digital key without any maps to guide you. If there's kids in the lobby while staying in L10 you'll just hear them running around until they decide to sleep.

This was an absolutely amazing apartment with the best view! We were so happy with our balcony, kitchen, beds were comfortable and the common areas were very hip and convenient! Everything was clean and looked brand new!

No staff on site a lot of the time. Although we could have messaged them if we needed anything, so it wasn’t a problem. Just different than other places we’ve been.

Location of the hotel across the river was very beautiful.The vibes of the place was very warm and cozy and studio was very spacious and had all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and supportive, would highly recommend this place.

Check out time was at 10am it’s too early to check out but there are options to extend but with a fee.

There should be at least a floor vacuum once a couple days.

When I first get to the apartment. It was carrying a smell of cooking which I guess this smell was for the guest before us. I had to wash the kitchen again to get rid from apartment

I enjoyed a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen for my group. I like being able to make breakfast and pack a lunch. There is a Coop food market a short walk and it’s very close to town. The train is about 18 minutes walk. There’s a beautiful view of the mountains. Laundry is available in the basement. This was a great place to stay.

HOP is new and high-tech. There is an app that you use to unlock your apartment door and the door to get into the building. You also have to unlock the elevator to use it so it’s a bit of a pain have to take your phone with you just to go down and do laundry. It does feel very secure though.

We truly had a wonderful time during our stay. The apartment was fantastic, very clean, and everything was just perfect. We also really enjoyed the common area downstairs, the décor was beautiful, relaxing, and made the place even more enjoyable.

This property is first class. Check in was very quick and personnel very friendly. Loved the views from every room and balconies. Kitchen, bathrooms, everything great. Appreciated the free use of washing machines and dryers with laundry soap pods provided!

The apartment was nice and the view of the water was very relaxing.

It was a bit far from the train station and i think younger travelers will not mind the walk but we were all in our late 50,s so it was a bit of a challenge esp rolling our luggage on the rough road?Also..The dryer machine took forever to dry our laundry

The location was unbeatable, right along the river and easily walkable to town and both Interlaken train stations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with a few minor things. Free laundry was so helpful, as was the fully equipped kitchen.

Minor adjustments to dryer settings might help them dry clothes more completely

Fully automated without any human interaction, they have a portal and you get your wireless keys via same portal. Good for modern day humans.

I have not been this comfortable in stay as this.First, the size of the apartment, we booked 260 and it was spacious.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.There is complimentary tea bag and coffee capsules.The view is stunningLocation is close to the centerThe parking is easy to reach and wideWhen we left we were gifted a bag of dried apples which was highly thoughtfulI think this place deserves 5/5 and I recommended all my friends to stay here when in interlaken.Thank you for making our vacation perfect.اسكنوا وأنتم متطمنين

Great location to be able to walk everywhere

Outdoor patio needed shade. Umbrella or pergola would be nice. The landscaping of the property was seriously lacking.

The apartment was quiet big and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The whole apartment looks like it's newly refurbished and in a great condition. The view was more than amazing. The location isn't far from the downtown and is in an isolate location by the river at the same time. Everything is within walking distance.

The balconies aren't completely isolated. We stayed in the 1st floor apartment and if our neighbour's wanted to jump into our balcony, they would have done it easily. Also, most of the time they sat there smoking, which prevented us from opening the balcony doors and enjoy the beautiful weather since the smoke was coming into our bedrooms. What I didn't enjoy is the digital key system. It is safe but kinda bothering.
