The view feom my room was OUTSTANDING!! Also, it was so quiet and peaceful.

They didn't reply to my email regarding late check-in options, so I was worried about arriving late.

Wi-Fi was not working and breakfast is not impressive.

The receptionist she’s indian and need to work on herself how to communicate with customers rather than rising her voice.

Great location up the mountains and few steps away from a bus stop, which you can relay on to commute to/from Interlaken. The staff were great, Kross from reception, Komar from the diner and the housekeeping staff Fayrouz and Faris, all of them were truly friendly, helpful and amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable.

From the very first moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt an immediate sense of ease. I was greeted by staff who were not only welcoming, but also truly kind and respectful—something that instantly set the tone for my stay.The room was spotless, and the view—well, it was on another level entirely. Waking up to that scenery each morning felt like a gift. Breakfast offered everything I needed to start the day, simple yet very much satisfying with the right options. But the true gem was dinner: if you want to experience the best salmon in town, it’s right here on the menu.What I appreciated the most was the atmosphere of the Hotel. It has everything one needs to truly relax, unwind, and embrace peacefulness. Yet, it remains so well-connected—the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, making Interlaken West only about 20 minutes away. The ride itself feels like part of the experience, with breathtaking views unfolding along the way.This place truly feels like a home away from home, and I can honestly say it will be my go-to stay in Switzerland every year I return.

I like that the property was situated near the town however it was at the top of the mountain. Staff allowed me to check in early. Breakfast was included.

I did not like how there was limited plugs in the room. I had to choose between the TV in the wall or the fan being plugged up. There was no bedside charger for my phone or near me.

It had nice views. But so does nearly every hotel in that region of Switzerland

I was given a very small twin room with a wooden partition wall between the small twin beds. It felt like an outdated prison cell. Plus, on arrival, the receptionist took Chf 100 from my card, which made me feel like they thought we would steal something from the room. The total contents from the room were such poor quality, they wouldn't be worth chf 100. There is no smoking or drinking allowed on the premises. There is a sign in reception, saying, if you are caught drinking or smoking on the premises, you will be fined, chf 1500. I find this humiliating and bullish. I was very disappointed.

The beautiful location and the view from the balconies. Rooms were very cosy and warm. Oscar was fantastic.

Our stay at Parkhotel Beatenberg was exceptional. We appreciated the stunning view from the breakfast room, the impeccable cleanliness and style of the hotel, the excellent dinner and the courteous gesture from both the receptionist and the chef. My family and I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking great hospitality and beautiful views from the location.

Room with Apls view is stunning. Great breakfast, quiet room, large room with sofa and table.

It maybe hard to get to with public transportation.

Historic building located opposite Thun Lake, on the mountain just above Interlaken. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savoury products.The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, such as pinsa, soups, risottos, cuts of meat and fish. All delicious and cooked with care. Delicious desserts! Very comfy bedrooms, but a little noisy for my taste. Pillows a little thin and too soft for my taste. Very comfortable beds.Since the Parkhotel Beatenberg is a NUTRASWISS unit, smoking is not permitted inside the hotel.Very pleasant stay.

Breakfast spread was fine, we loved our rooms! Bathroom was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location is not bad, about a 20 minute bus ride from Interlaken West station. Heating in the room was very effective.

Breakfast spread could be more varied, as they more or less served the same items every day during our 3 night stay. We could hear people upstairs moving about and the ceiling was a bit creaky.

The majestic view, the room and most of the facilities.

The shower head could be better, not with too much pressure and too few outlets so it feels stingy upon showering. Also, the curtains should be blinding completely not just partially.

FRAUD ALERTOne point need to be clarified I am a non alcoholic- I don't drink and I don't smoke.The room got broken basin, broken window panes, broken mirror during our check in.we have ignore as the hotel was old. But we were shocked to know that a fine was imposed for all this broken items to us after we have check out and move to another city.During check out they have examined the room and refunded our security deposit.After 5/6 hrs they have complained to our booking site regarding this broken items.

The stay was very nice, the staff were very nice, the food was also good, the room was warm and the view was amazing.

Only the pillow was uncomfortable and everything else was fine.

room was very small for a solo traveler too, but then the price was quite good too

The single room was by far the cheapest option arounf Thunersee, and since I just wanted to spend the night somewhere, it was perfect. You can park in front of the hotel and check in late evening as well. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety of everything. The room was tiny, but good enough to sleep. Heatig and warm water was good. The room was clean.
