Location, friendly staff and cleanliness. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work that well (but it's Europe after all) and there was a strange intermittent humming sound, possibly from a pump of some kind, that kept waking me up.

Just an observation. On the second to the last day (next day was our checkout) only the toilet was cleaned and not the rest of the room. There was daily housekeeping before this.

The hotel was far beyond what we expected. The views were exceptional. The apartment was roomy with a breakfast in the morning and free bus tickets included. I would travel back to Interlaken just to stay here again!

We couldn't figure out the thermostat, but were not so uncomfortable that we needed to ask.

The breakfast was really great every day. The entire staff is very kind and supportive. Special mention to Priscilla that was really attentions and helpful.

The room is a little small for four people.

The location is the most important have to choice, and the staff also very kind and polite with smile. Also the bed and pillow smooth make me have a good stayed .

The place was so close to the train station. It was a very spacious room, we had an apartment with no AC but it was fine because at night it got very cool and we were out all day on tours. This worked out perfectly. Grocery store is right across the street so it was very convenient.

The room was never cleaned. The 1st two days we told the receptionist on what was not clean, and the housekeeping never replenished anything, like lotion, soap, coffee etc etc ...

The location is excellent. It is directly connected to Interlaken West Station, allowing you to move around without getting wet even on rainy days.

The cleanliness of the room and towels was not satisfactory. They were not kept clean throughout my stay, and only after I reported the issue to the hotel on an especially dirty day was I able to see them in a clean state the following day.

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, had a beautiful view overlooking the river, and the staff were kind and very helpful.

The hotel has a modern and clean design, and the room was well maintained. Although the space was somewhat limited for large luggage, it was still comfortable for our stay. The location is excellent—very close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. There are also many nearby restaurants and supermarkets, which added a lot of convenience. Breakfast was included and provided a good start to the day.

During check-in, the front desk staff were kind and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, the staff member in charge of handling our luggage was rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked if our luggage could be delivered to the room, he explained that the hotel does not offer this service but did so using inappropriate language. I hope the hotel management addresses this, as guests expect courteous and respectful communication at all times.

The hotel is located just next to Interlaken west train station. Exactly wall to wall yet quiet stay for visitors. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.We as Indian family had probably the best breakfast of Switzerland in this hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast and good value for money

It is right beside the train station. A short walk to restaurants and shops. The staff and the breakfast are excellent. We had drinks in the bar and the staff there treated us beyond expectations. We would recommend this location to anyone travelling in this area. Particularly if travelling by train.

Fantastic location - right next to the train station

Only complaint is the detergent used to wash the pillowcase smelled like bleach and made my skin break out.

I loved that the apartment was so organized and spacious. The location is so good and everything is walking distance.Staff was so professional and helpful with all our needs.I definitely recommend this property i really do. And if one day i’ll come back to interlaken i’ll surely book with this property again.

Fantastic location right next to Interlarken West station. Rooms are really clean and spacious, with a great backdrop of interlarken.Staffs are really helpful and friendly as well!
