Location, friendly staff,and breakfast

Elevator and carpet had stuffy smell Shower could have been better with a door

Expensive, poor quality furniture, terrible wifi, no air-conditioning, expensive parking.

Conveniently located near Interlaken West station

Great location, easy check in, the actual room itself is quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I’ve visited prison cells with larger showers. I’m an average build man and could not move or turn in this tiny shower. I’ve been to Tokyo, the most densely populated city in the world with showers twice the size of the one with this room. I mean I get it’s hard to get a private shower in Switzerland on a budget but wow.

The location was great for exploring nature and with nearby transfers to many towns via bus and trains. This was a great time.

The rooms were very basic and small; but that was okay for us as we were outside most of the day.

Wired room with too huge pullers on roof just above beds. We booked a double but two single beds were provided. No tea kettle or fridge in room beside costly room charges

Location is great! Staff was friendly and helpful.

the cleanliness standards need improvement. The bed cover had a visible stain that was covered with a pillow instead of being changed, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned.

Location, breakfast

Our room was in the guesthouse, not the main hotel building. The room was supposed to have at least one chair for the desk but it didn’t have any chairs to sit on. Sitting on the bed was terrible and uncomfortable. The bed was of average quality and we had only two small and terrible pillows, they were the most uncomfortable pillows ever. This room cost more than what we paid in Zermatt for a room with a balcony, a fridge and a perfect view of the Matterhorn. Because of a huge number of tour groups at the hotel, the breakfast room was always crazy busy.

Room was not the cleanest, and was very hot with no air-conditioning. Breakfast was expensive.

The bathroom in our room was very small that it is very hard to move while taking a bath. Another problem that we encountered was the room that was assigned to our daughters. When you open the window it is right outside the terrace of a different house and people are smoking there. Since there are no aircon in the room, we cant close the window. Fortunately, the girl in the front desk was kind enough to let my kids transfer to a different room the next day.

Pass on this — it's not worth the price.

This was more like a dormitory than a hotel. The corridor lights are motion-activated, so you entered a completely dark hallway until the sensors detected your presence.

Overpriced and soul-less

An overpriced room in a soul-less building. The room stank as the previous client had been heavily smoking in it but they gave it to us anyway.

The area is in the city, very convenience and can find food easily, the staff are also very nice and informative.

The only one I didn't like is the air conditioner not work properly not cold even set temperature was 10 Celcius.

The staff seemed friendly. Lobby was nice. Breakfast room was cozy.

We were told our room was in the Guesthouse across the street. Our roomReminded us of a dorm room. Bed was small and very uncomfortable. Nothing fancy or extra. We felt like second class guests the entire time. The bathroom floor was dirty and taking a shower was short of impossible. We showed them that on Booking.com it said breakfast was included, so they “graciously “ gave us breakfast for our 1st morning. We were happy to leave!

Super soft pillows, no toiletries like hair conditioner

Staff and location were great.

The rooms were extremely hot. Need AC when it’s almost 90 degrees.
