The young lady working at reception was very kind and helpful. The rooms were super clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. The ladies who worked in the breakfast room were also nice!

Convenient, nice clean room, large windows that open, elevator and with the view, friendly staff. Clerk also mailed a letter for me.
Steps leading into the hotel but the lady clerk carried them up and out.
Location, cooperative staff, breakfast, the lady serving the breakfast is very supportive. The breakfast is served at the top floor which gives you spectacular view of the Miuntain, Lake and the old town. The guy at the reception guided us very well which helped us covering all the places in Interlake.

It was at the best location just opposite West station which made it easy to move around. Also the best part was the beautiful Mountain View and the lake view. All the shops and restaurants were easily accessible.
