Hotel Crystal Interlaken

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, at checkout the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, which unfortunately left a bad final impression and did not end our stay on a positive note and while we were a sleep house keeping entered our room

The receptionist at check out was just rushing us out and a housekeeper entered our room while we where asleep

Location was decent. Recommend investing in shower curtains that are secure and do not fly around and stick to body when attempting to shower.

The staff was all so kind and super nice ! The location is just a few mins from the station nearby, which was very convenient. They even offer a breakfast box if you cannot meet the time for a morning buffet which was so good also.

Hotel is located near Interlaken West train station.

The elevator was extremely small, can only really fit two people with a carry on luggage. Breakfast was not good at all, room had bad view, the bathroom has a tall bathtub and you have to be very carefully coming out since you can easily slip.

There was an issue with plug points in the room, other than that, it matched expectations.

Location is great 5min walk from Interlaken West railway station allowing for restful mornings prior to catching trains to various destination in the region. Their breakfast was of a high standard and offered full English. The rooms were spacious with our balcony overlooking the Swiss mountains. Close to restaurant's and major shopping centre. Very quiet area and beds very comfortable.

Not a great deal to complain about regarding this property as we were very happy with all during our 3 night stay - good value for money

Rather 2* hotel - expensive for what it offers. Basic hotel, so not for too many nights stays. Very hot without AC, although fans are provided in the rooms. No fridge. No one at the reception on Sunday afternoon and evening (however, with code for access and possibility to store luggage)

The breakfast was simple but amazing tasting! Everything is cleanly presented and yummy...especially the flavored yogurt!!!!!!!We reserved a family room with plenty of space and a private terrace. Super comfortable. Staff is professional and knowledgeable.

It was conveniently located near Interlaken West train station. The room was quiet and beds were very comfortable. There was a very sweet terrace with great views. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were marvelous. They kindly held our bags while we did a multi-day hike. Great place.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. It’s a 5 min walk to Interlaken West train station. Numerous options for food within 5-15 min walking distance. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Breakfast options at the hotel were good.

The hotel was very basic for the price we paid. No A/C in the room made it extremely uncomfortable during the 80s F days. Thank goodness they provided a fan. We had to have the windows opened the whole time. However, this made it very noisy for our sleep since our room was right by the road.

We were there from 11-13 of july a few days back. It’s a simple place but it really was a beautiful stay. The lady i honestly forgot the name - who was at the reception - she embodied the hotel for us. Simple and amazing. Our stay was amazing. It was worth every penny. I encourage all who are looking for some clean peaceful family time - this is simply the place to be.

Better to find another hotel

The floor arrangement is terrible and the hotel has no charm at all. Going up and down through stairs. The hotel should have had carts to take luggage from rail station to hotel.
