We loved our stay at Bellevue. Friendly staff, clean rooms and big rooms compared to other hotels in Europe. We had 2 connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was perfect. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We also loved our location in Interlaken. A few minute walk to Interlaken West and a 16 min fast walk to OST.

Location and river view

I requested to shorten my staying to 2 nights instead of 3, the hotel refused my request. The hotel is too expensive compared to others

Excellent location with easy access to main places at Interlaken. The room was very clean. Highly recommended!

Bed was not comfortable (2 merged mattresses)

The place has an amazing location and truly great views no doubt about that.But honestly, the price is way too high for what you get.The rooms feel outdated, and for our last night we stayed at another hotel for half the price with the same level of services.

Near the Interlaken West train station, beautiful views and comfortable rooms. Great staff at the hotel.

The renovated rooms at Hotel Bellevue are excellent. We loved the lighting, the bathroom, the beds, and the overall spaciousness. The ongoing renovation is wonderful, and we hope the Wi-Fi improves soon.

Poor wifi connection

The view from our balcony was splendid! It was in a beautiful quieter, part of town than Interlaken Ost. The staff was so welcoming & helpful. Highly recommend!

It would’ve been nice to have one large comforter on the double bed for my husband and I rather than two individual smaller comforters.

The location

It was too hot, also, there was construction and scaffold right next to our room.

Short walk from the train station. The breakfast was wonderful with healthy choices.

Wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel near the Interlaken West train station. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a beautiful little balcony overlooking the mountains and river.

We loved our room facing the river with the small balcony.

We would have preferred mini bar in room rather than lobby.

Breakfast was good. Air conditioning works great! Automatic awnings over the windows is a neat feature.
