Very social, great location, friendly staff!

The rooms were so hot I could barely sleep! Felt like I was in a sauna.

No A/C Opening window allows insects in and people smoking below means smoke came into our room.

The cleanliness of common bathrooms and toilets were only positives.

The listing showed under hotel but turned out to be a hostel. It did not have a separate entrance guests, no elevator and common bathrooms.

The location and the staff were very vice. It is a BEAUTIFUL building and so close to everything, I never walked more than 20 minutes to get anywhere in Interlaken. Definitely more than worth the price.

The staff seemed more occupied with the restaurant than running the hostel, which is fair. I wish there was a better “hangout” or “lounge space”, the hostel kitchen isn’t the most welcoming and doesn’t really harbor a good vibe to get to know people.

The staff is welcoming and supportive. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Affordable and the city is nearby. As a person who stayed in a hostel, I would recommend this place. Overall satisfied.

Great location in the middle of Interlaken. Staff was super friendly and the room and bathrooms were very clean. I would stay here again. Good restaurant on site.

Everything. One of my favorite hostels I’ve ever been to.

It was probably 95 degrees in the multi person room. Half way my fault because I didn’t know there was a window because it was so dark and everyone else was sleeping well. Second night, knew the window was there, kept it closed until the restaurant closed, then opened afterward and all was great!

Great location especially as a base for first time travelers in Switzerland, easy check in process, luggage storage available (however, in the communal area with no security except if you bring your own locks for the lockers), clean bathroom stalls, the sink in the bathroom was a nice bonus

Small private room w/ bunk bed, not a lot of space for luggages. Also, no elevators, only stair access to the rooms so be mindful if you’re bringing heavy/large luggages

The kitchen, bathroom, showers, and rooms were clean and maintained well. The management/staff is quite friendly too.

The rent seemed a bit pricey from my perspective since there's a small room designed for occupancy of 6 people. The floor was cranky and made noise every time someone walked in or out of the room. It may just have been for my room, but nevertheless, it was a hassle.

Good location and parking available was affordable. Interlaken is expensive, so this was a good budget-minded option and staff were friendly.

would have liked a private bathroom option but they did have single stall restrooms and a few showers.

Really great location, close to many restaurants, souvenir shops, one of the main bus routes and the train station that will take you to most places in the Jungfrau region (Interlaken West). Staff was friendly and ready to help, restaurant downstairs had good prices and good food.

Room was a bit small for 6 people, barely any space for circulation. Solo charger in bed didn't work, I had to use the plug on the other side of the room. Shower facilities could have a shelf to put toiletries, I had to put them on the floor.

Great hostel to stay in,staff is wonderful(communication,helpful..),clean,nice vibes,I highly recommend it.

It was in the heart of z a Interlaken. Very close to shopping and activities.

We knew it was a hostel and that was fine but it was really really hot and there was no fan in the room.
