Design of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and it was in a good location. The breakfast was good.

Staff, sparkling water bottles, location, excellent breakfast , even the breakfast hours extend to 10:30 not 10:00 am , terrace , very spacious restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating , spacious family room. Loved our stay here .

Everything was great. The only additional detail that would greatly boost this hotel would be a tourist Office or a single well-versed person, who can guide visitors as to what to do and what to skip with the sight -seeing.

The hotel is located in a walking distance from Interlaken west station with restaurants and shops nearby. Room was just renovated. Very new and clean. Good quality breakfast.

Too crowded since the hotel is considered large compared to other Interlaken hotels, the tour groups were brought in.

My kid had a double decker bed and the tv had good movies. There were movies in English,German,french,and italian.

The bath room was falling apart!! The bath room was so little and the wall were falling.we hatted the bathroom .

A false fire alarm went off early in the morning. A very traumatic experience for all of us.

Breakfast was good. Easy walkable location in downtown Interlaken was a major decision in choosing this hotel. Loved the location. Room was clean and comfortable. View from hotel balcony was amazing.

Breakfast selection choices could be changed up occasionally.

In the heart of the town, perfect location and 15 min walking distance to the train station. Room were spacious, clean and comfortable. Heated bathroom floors were a plus

This was a really nice hotel close to the train station, shopping, exploring the area. Great area for restaurants. The room was really big size. Great breakfast in the morning! Very nice bar area.

I didn't like when we first got to town and booked our stay the directions sent us to a Hey hotel in Thun. Beware this caused a lot of grief and I'm not sure why this happened. We ended up taking a bus to the other hotel and then had to make our way back to this area.

MARCA the lady in the breakfast hall was very nice to us - she asked if we want some eggs and how did we like it cooked since the scrambled eggs was no more in the buffet tableThen there’s this man in his 40’s maybe in the morning or night who was very pleasant and accommodating towards us

When we first checked in there were 2 men there and they were not nice and accommodating at all!! Then there were only 1 pillows for 4 people and the pillows are so soft and flat!!Then the toilet seat in the bathroom was not tight that it moves every time you seat on it!!

Super small rooms. No ironing board. No closet. Needed to request second pillow. Average breakfast. Small & hard bed.

I’m a group of 9, booked 2 double rooms with one extra bed and 1 family room. I was given a small double room and a large double room (with an extra bed) and a family room for 4 nights: - cigarette smell in small double room- insufficient air-conditioning for big double room- Very poor air-conditioning for family room (Hey’s hotel have both 4 star section and 3-star guest house. Poor air conditioning family room should be classified as 3 star)- Upon requested to change into a new family room, it was available on the 3rd nights but the new room got lots of ants (doors, table, bathrooms!) Receptions not responding after checking our complains in the room. Upon my following up, I’m told housekeeping off already, nothing he could do, would feedback to manager next day. - Next day got less ants but still found the ants moving around!
