Clean and close to town center

They don’t advertise that wifi is not available in the rooms, wifi only available in the lobby. Beds are firm and pillows are uncomfortable. Shower door doesn’t close all the way and can get your bathroom wet.

Good location, walking distance to center.We had two rooms, the one with the working AC was great. Aya, who checked us in was great but when her shift was over the other staff wasn’t helpful, didn’t speak English or Spanish.

We had two rooms, one was a disaster. The AC didn’t work and it was very hot!! Lots of Moskitos and no screens on the windows. when we complained they changed both our rooms and one didn’t have a working AC again. I tried to complain again but the girl at the reception didn’t speak English or Spanish and didn’t try to understand my few Italian words. She kept saying AC will start. The shower door didn’t work, the fridge didn’t cool and the breakfast was bad. I did not expect much since the room was cheaper than other hotels and we would have accepted that there are drawbacks, but no AC in 31 Celsius is exhausting. I think the AC on first floor works fine but never reaches the second floor rooms.

Nice little hotel in a very good location. Walking distance to the town center and restaurants/bars/caffeterias. Could still walk to the beach but better to take a car or bicycle. Ample parking space on a unpaved field. Friendly staff.The room was standard for a hotel room, comfortable bed. Nice little balcony where we could hang some clothes to dry.We loved the town and would comeback.

No WiFi in the rooms in 2024 is unforgivable. Not the only hotel in the area with this issue but in an area with very little mobile coverage this is a big deal.On one of the days we found some ants in the room coming from a very small gap on the wall. They disappeared shortly after. Wasn't expecting it as the room was very clean.We didn't have breakfast but walked by the area many times and could see the negative comments about the breakfast are true: some cookies, 4 kinds of croissants and some cereal, that's pretty much it apart from the usual drinks, very poor. The restaurant/bar is closed in the hotel.

Locality was great. Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was limited but its likely due to it being off season.

there were many restaurants close by, 2-3 min walking distance, also a supermarket, a pharmacy and shops. the cleaners where good.

breakfast was very limited, the first 2 mornings there was no cheese, being downstairs by 9:30, i mean, it probably costs 5e to fill a plate of cheese... very limited options. As you walk in, they tell you there is no WIFI in the rooms as it was something normal, there are 2 elevators. One permanently out of service, and the second one broke down on a friday and was out of service until monday afternoon. There is nobody that can fix it? no emergency electricians/technicians?The air conditioned works half way. Even if we programmed it to be at 19 degrees the room temperature never went down from 24 degrees, even though we kept it on 24/7, literally 24/7 for the whole week.

Wouldn’t come back to this one ?

The people at the reception weren’t very friendly didn’t communicate properly. I stayed with my 73 year old mum, we had a room on the second floor and they had scheduled service of the lift. Nobody even sad anything or even apologize or ask if we are ok!!Ohh they tell you not to drink water from the tap but there is no bottled water in the room not even to buy.

The member of staff who checked us in was really friendly, our room was basic but clean and massive. Shower gel in the shower, a load of storage space, aircon. Short walk in to the busy part of town.

The wifi didn't work in our room, the elevator was out of service and we were not impressed by the breakfast - not a lot of choice and the fruit was overripe.

Good place to stay parking for my motorbike ten minute walk into town slightly longer to beach.

- Spot clean - Comfortable bed - Nice shower and towels - Central location and not too far from the beach

- Air conditioning outside on the balcony was noisy and we had to close the windows even though it was not that hot.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, with daily changing the towels and cleaning the room.

Breakfast could be better, the coffee wasn’t good quality.
