Small, comfy room Helpful and warm staff. Breakfast could be improved.

Very close to town and beaches, nice pool with chairs and umbrellas, clean, AC worked well, staff were nice!

It was quiet and the room was clean. Water pressure in shower was good.

The pool was freezing cold and had a lot of stains on the bottom and sides. I drove down a dirt road full of deep potholes to enter the facility. One of the potholes was 2 feet deep and filled with rain water mixed with road dirt. The road was wide enough for a FIAT and I had an SUV

Amazing setting and very peaceful. The pool is a great place to relax for a day.

The room was very clean, clean towels every day, good WiFi, great swimmingpool. Our room was in the New part of the Resort and that was awsome because it was very quiet, we had almost private swimmingpool.Location is great, Everything is close, but you are not in the crowd.

Majority of advertised facilities unavailable including all spa facilities and jacuzzi. One especially lazy and unfriendly staff member unwilling to attempt to organise anything on-site for guests.

The pool was nice and had late hours.

We were greeted by an embitter receptionist that didn't explain anything about the resort (gym,spa...). Be careful, you can be placed in a room completely on the end of the resort, beyond the parking and far from the main facilities and the people with you. No wifi anywhere in this resort and barely any data in the rooms far away. We also had an alarm that went off late in the night. The bitter receptionist was of no help and didn't even know how his hotel worked. He told us that we had to make do without any electricity for a night (only way to stop the alarm). WE had to ask for another room and had to switch out AGAIN the next night. During this whole process he wasn't helpful nor accommodating, just leaving us dealing with the situation on our own. Some of the bathrooms smelled foul. The rooms had NO useful light, had to use the nightstand light to see something. Also bring your swimming towel, or you'll have to pay 20€ just to use theirs. (Strange for a resort).

We arrived too late to use the pool, looked fine though. The room had a distinctly Mexican feel to it. We were in a sort of semi detached chalet but it was very pleasant, dated, but fine.

There was no restaurant. There was a man looking after the bar but if you did order a Panini or a salad (that was the extent of the menu options) he had to go off and prepare it leaving the bar unattended! The place had a dated, neglected almost abandoned feel to it as if its heyday had long since come and gone. It is far enough away from Orosei that a car is required in order to get a decent meal but after a day's cruising we were too tired and just had a baguette with a can of tuna and a sliced tomato in it. Great!

Loved the area, accomodation and premises looks like a Mexican village, great pool. Tunisian waiter was so kind and helpful

Rural location with nice views and not too far from local town, well organised venue, well kept, fantastic pool.

Arrived booked in and went later to book a table in the restaurant for an evening meal only to be informed that they only do sandwiches and salads, we had only eaten lightly and bearing in mind after checking in at 4pm, had a couple of beers, no taxi available we were disappointed with an otherwise perfect stop.

Everything. Exceptional staff, caring, helpfull, informative, always polite and super friendly. The cleaning was so good, t was like entering a new room everyday. The pool area very well kept and maintained, super relax, no noise, calm. The breakfast is also nice, fruit, coffee, juices, italian cakes, and the things that usually north europeans like, sausages, bacon...etc.The decoration and the area are beautiful, rustic style village, in a circle area, like grandmas countryside house, the smell of jasmine from the garden, the metal sculptures in the garden, all the flowers, grass well maintained, the room with wood ceiling, classic doors, old style wardrobe, desk...Thank you. 5*

The only thing is the wifi doesnt work properly.

Location and Swimming Pool

A couple of small faults with te bathroom which were not rectified during our stay.

Breakfast was good, rooms are very clean, and the staff are very nice.

There was a small kitchen in the room but without the frigde.

Staff were not very welcoming, they just looked fed up. The gym was embarrassing, most machines broken and a wasps haven, the walk into town was only accesible over a road bridge with no footpath, and unlit at night,very scarey dodging the cars, the town was lovely once we got there.

wonderfull villa, great owners, great pool, graet apartment, super clean, change towels every day, change linnens every 2 days, outside pool area breathtaking, spectacular views, STUNNING ! one of the best we have ever seen!! you made our holiday extraspecial!

The price of the accomodation, nature and location. The room was decent.

WiFi was not strong enough. A bit old facilities, but still clean. Not all the stuff members were informative. Twice we had to wait for someone at reception to show up. We had to additionally ask for the clothes hanger, even though people in other rooms had it. On our first day the cleaner missed to clean our room, but luckily afterwards all was fine. The fee for the quite basic breakfast was 15e.
