Such a welcoming and helpful staff! They made everything so easy.
Very hard to find.
Gorgeous facilities, amazing breakfast, super helpful staff that picked us up from the parking lot late at night
Room was a little small
The breakfast was a wonderful spread, really good food, beautifully laid out, and in a lovely setting. The hotel is a work of art and so worth experiencing the beautiful restoration. The communication was excellent, very helpful staff, and they ensured that all was smooth and gave good advice. We ate in the restaurant, which was also a superior experience.
I truly have no complaints.
Hotel very pretty and great location.
There hadn't been a junior 1 bedroom available for 3 nights, so we'd booked one regular room for 1 night and the junior one bedroom for the next 2. The junior one bedroom we were given did not match the photos. It was dark and faced the back of the building rather than the courtyard. The manager was not at the property at that time, and we were told there no other rooms available that night but they could change our room the next day. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up for us and left the hotel for the evening. When we returned, they hadn't made up the bed and the staff had left for the evening so the woman at the desk brought us sheets to make it up ourselves. She may have helped, but the room was so small the 3 of us couldn't fit in the room with the furniture. In the morning, when we were leaving for a day tour, the manager was still not there, so we packed our things so they could move our luggage as they had the night before when they moved us to the junior 1 bedroom. We were on a boat tour for the day and when we returned they had not changed our room and they said the manager was gone again and there was nothing to do about changing the room. The next morning when we were checking out, the manager Giovanni was immediately aggressive and unapologetic. He said he had been waiting for us the whole day the day before and, when I explained we had been on a tour for the whole day, he blamed us and said he would have moved us if we’d come to him. Of course, we assumed moving was already settled because the staff told us they could move us. We were shocked how consistently rude the staff was throughout our stay. Terrible experience and would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
Lovely charming room with great central location. Very comfortable bed with lovely bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Amazing breakfast, vegan croissants were a bonus.
Parking was tricky and the spread out nature of the room and breakfast locations would get annoying if staying more than a couple of days.
Beautiful property, great location and the staff were very friendly! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
There was not to like
We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was bright and spacious, the location was great, breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety (the most I’ve seen at a buffet), the beach club was wonderful, and the staff was all so helpful and friendly.
The beds and pillows were very hard.
We booked the deluxe suite with a terrace and it was fantastic. We loved having the terrace looking at the church lit up at night. We LOVED the breakfast and it was the absolute best location possible.
The only thing that could have been better is the parking situation. We had to park a 10 minute walk away, which we typically dont mind but we did a really long hike one day and it was less than ideal. Again, not a deal breaker.
Lovely breakfast and friendly and helpful staff (thumbs up to Jose that waited us till the midnight to check-in). You can also book a boat tour at the reception (to viait Orosei Gulf - the most amazing beaches).
Great location. We stayed in the annex building away from the main street which was nice and quite. Restaurant was great! We also did blue experience which was amazing!
The breakfast was good. Loved the beach club, and beach bar.
They booked us in three separate rooms that were not in the same building. Additionally, the restaurant they own was the very disappointing. You have to pay for most things as add on's: towel rentals per day, beach chair rental, waters in the room, etc. Rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Our sheets were dirty and never replaced even though we asked for new ones.
A receptionist was a super great !! Before we arrive she send us very useful informations . And helping our big suitcases and after service was also so kind . Always quick response. She made us so good feeling good about Orosei.
Beautiful, great location in the center of town. Nice included breakfast and easy access to local beach club. Clean room, nice bathroom amenities and great air conditioning capabilities during a heat wave. Concierge staff very friendly/helpful. Would highly recommend.
Loved the concept of renovating historic properties. Rooms were beautiful, each one unique.
This is a beautifully maintained/renovated property in the heart of Orosei. Easy walking access to local shops, sights and restaurants. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable with clean bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was excellent and staff are only too happy to help.
There is no carparking on site. There are a number of carparks nearby, so finding a park can be challenging
Clean rooms, great breakfast, really good breakfast staff
Misleading location and access to beach, nothing to offer guests after breakfast ( eg bar service, terrace, fitness, etc) While this was low season, would certainly not meet 4 star rating as claimed- probably not even a 3 star due to lack of available services and amenities, fitness, bar area ( ie simply to order and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine outside of breakfast time).
nice breakfast, the reception was a bit indifferent but everything else great. like the diffuso concept where they spread the rooms through the city (against depopulation of older buildings).
reception could be a bit more welcoming
It was incredible beauty authentic Sardinian experience. The suite with balcony for two friends was amazing. I was actually there for four nights and my friend for two. Everything was perfect. We each had our room, we ate on the balcony every night. The suite was so charming. We had an incredible view from the balcony amd from the doors from my room. Anna welcome us with a huge smile every morning for breakfast and Julia brought us the best coffee. They were so kind. The staff at reception were all so nice( I didn’t get names but one of the girls is in this video) she took me to my car with my luggage.I went to Sardinia to discover the Blue Zone and this quaint charming hotel is absolutely stunning. Thank you Grazie Mille Merci.
That I couldn’t stay longer.
The location in the town of orosei. The breakfast was really delicious. And the lady that checks you in for breakfast and takes your coffee was soo lovely. Room was small but clean.
The reception staff were not friendly.
