Fairly close to the shopping centers

Thin walls between rooms; You can hear both of your neighbors on each side and that gets annoying if they have little kids. Also, there's no shuttle service to the airport like it says here under amenities. The power outlet in the bathroom doesn't work.

The location on Lungern see, close to Hasliberg ski station, the kindness of the staff, the breakfast! Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent dinner and breakfast. Location away from tourists who don't know this area well.

Upon arrival at the Kaiserstuhl we were welcomed by a friendly staff. We stayed three nights and spoke with many of the staff on a regular basis; Damien, Franzi, Marcel, David (I wish I could remember all their names). Damien became a wealth of information throughout our stay; giving us wonderful tips for our day-trips. The overall staff were very friendly and helpful and were always aiming to please. The views from our room, which overlooked a lake and mountains, were absolutely amazing. There is a restaurant that is very good and we enjoyed eating breakfasts and dinners there. Staying there for a few nights really enhanced our European vacation as we were able to connect and get to know the staff.

Loved the location and Room

It was hard to get into our room without staff. The key we received in the key box would not give us access to the building we needed to get to our room. We could access the second building but not the one above the restaurant. Thankfully, as we were walking around trying to get in, we ran into a worker who was able to open the reception door that led to our room. If he was not there, we would have been stuck outside. I tried contacting the number provided but no one answered. We also ran into another couple whose key got stuck in the key box and had to bang on it for it to release. Not an easy experience to get to our room and would not recommend arriving without any staff there.

Would've preferred a bit more hotel and a little less restaurant but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel location easy to travel to near by good places I. e interlaken lucerne I manage by good family the owner of the hotel is very good man. Good breakfast

The view from the room. Room and bathroom were nicely renovated, large and clean.

Lack of elevator and staff was unwilling to help with the luggage despite seeing that my husband was disabled and I am an older lady. Carrying the luggage up the narrow stairs was exhausting.

The heater is not turned on, a little bit cold in the night.

What a cozy little spot to relax and enjoy and you can even hear the cow bells on the hillside off in the distance. Great spot for overnight on our trip through Switzerland

I would have loved to have a screen on the window and balcony door so you could open it without bugs coming in.

HOTEL STAFF IS AMAZING!!!! We stayed at the hotel overnight and went to Lungern in the morning via train (6min away), and needed to come back get the luggage and then go to Lucern. We don’t want to get off the train at the hotel and then wait for another hour to board the same train and the hotel staff waited with our luggages at the train station so we don’t need to get off!!!! Not to mention its location is very convenient and has an amazing lake and mountains view. It’s very cozy and nice

The room are not as photos shown. The bathroom was spacious but the bedrooms are small. The design was not in proportion.

Location is exceptionally great. Family room was really capacious overlooking an amazing view of the lake.Food was really nice.

The view is amazing! We had a room facing towards the lake and it was absoutely beautiful. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

Our room did not look like the picture at all. In the picture, it was advertised as having a balcony and being spacious. The room itself felt tiny. The restaurant menu is very minimal and pricey.

A truly exceptional location facing Lake Lungern, where the morning view can soothe all your worries. The rooms are very clean and come with a balcony. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the service is excellent.
