They made us a lunch pack instead of breakfast.

The location was the most positive

I was questioned about our reservation as they claimed I did not put in the correct number of people as we had our two little boys with us, but after reviewing the reservation details, it was clear we had submitted everything correctly, but it was disappointing as a hotel year to be interrogated over the status of my reservation

Hotel was cute with a vintage flare decor.

Loud really loud downstairs, we barely slept.

Is a very nice traditional hotel, lovely staff, very nice breakfast.. nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean.

Comfortable bed and breakfast included was delicious

Next to very busy road, church chimes going off often, can hear guys chatting outside below hotel room…didn’t get sleep

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast hostess, Marie, was amazing.

What a wonderful spot I can’t recommend enough! The rooms are very cute and cozy, the restaurant is absolutely fantastic, and walking around the area is just so lovely!!! It felt like a fairy tale. The staff was very nice too!

The hotel is consistently clean and has a lot of history to it. We staff are very nice and friendly. We love the breakfast spread and the friendly staff who always serves with a smile.

Breakfast had a huge variety, staff were extremely helpful and patient, hotel rooms were clean and spacious.

Staff we're all friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location is close to bus/train station, Pilatus tram station, and Lake.

Since its an old building structure, floors are noisy when you walk around

The bedroom was cozy, big and clean. The breakfast was great, full of different types of homemade and bio food. The location is perfect, only 15 minutes far from Lucerne city centre by car.

The bedroom ceiling is a bit low and the room a bit noisy.

An excellent welcome given by all the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Fabulous restaurant where we enjoyed a lovely evening meal. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the hotel is easy to find in a beautiful location.

The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The woman who served us breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our mornings delightful. The location was also very convenient for accessing Mount Pilatus.

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn’t like about our stay.

The best breakfast in this planet. The ladies marie in breakfast area so nice and friendly, she prepared good breakfast and always smile and friendly. I really enjoyed breakfast in this hotel. The vibes so good. The location of the hotel also nice and got free parking.

I don't like the sound of the crack when people upstairs make a move or walk. In the morning or night time the sound too loud and very annoying.

The hotel was easy to find and we managed to park immediately outside which was just as well as we arrived in a torrential downpour. Everything seemed clean. Full of alpine charm.

It was very functional so fine for a one night stay but no wardrobe or drawers, just hooks and hangers on the wall.

The breakfast included is an average. A same food for the 3 days stay. Lack of variety. Should allow at least a variety of egg like scrambled egg or porch egg (if you chode this option, you have to pay additional)

The staff are so lovely. The room was big on the top floor. Close up the station for sightsee and park and ride into Lucerne.

it was very hot during our stay and we had to have the windows open all night. Unfortunately, the church is right opposite and the bells seemed to ring alllll night!Very warm room in the roof too.
