very tasty breakfast with many choices. The restaurant was a calm and beautiful setting for the meal

I didnt know that I could send my luggage up and take my time traveling up the mountain

Spectacular stay all around, from views, to the comfortable room and spectacular meals. It was more than we imagined. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay extra special. The unique views, dining and solitude experienced staying in top of Pilatus will not disappoint.

Dinner options / taste / time were disappointing.

This was one of the coolest Hotels I ever stayed at. Great hiking, great dinner, great breakfast. Great views.

I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.

I don't have anything negative to say. The only suggestion I can make is the path leading from Bellevue to Pilatus kulm hotel (where dinner and breakfast is served) can be better lit up at night. It felt little dark walking there at night after dinner.

This is the most magical hotel, high in the clouds.

We were not informed that we had to get 2 gondola rides from the carpark to the hotel, my husband is scared of heights.

Location, staff were friendly, dinner was lovely.

The pillows were too big and the bed a little too soft.

Wonderful location, quietness outside of cablecars opening hours, excellent dinner, really helpful and friendly staff, cleanliness. Definitely will be back in summer!

Nothing I disliked

Breakfast: Exceeded the expectations! Thought it would be a small breakfast but it was « luxurious » for price/quality.Dinner: Wow! Delicious menu. Well thought out!Friendliest stuff ever!

Very good choice available at breakfast, and the four course included dinner was excellent. A set menu, with limited choices, but they were sufficient. The beef main course available on the second night menu was exceptional. The waiting staff are friendly and attentive, as was reception. The views when the weather cleared were stunning.

The weather !! It was cloudy and misty quite a bit of the time, so we could not see the spectacular views all day. (But we did see them for a few hours.)

in-room coffee minimal, and no opportunity for coffee before 8 am. when riding for the sunrise, it would be nice to have!

I would like if the hotel would send detailed instructions on how to arrive. You arrive to arrive before 4 and it’s unclear if you do not live in Switzerland where you park and where you catch the lifts.

I liked that there were many options for activity …. hiking trails to watch sunrise and sunset, short gondola ride down to the toboggan and rope park….. dinner and breakfast were included …. the dinner was a 4 course and it was really good!

Check in was fast and easy, friendly staff trying her best to explain everything to me in English. Room was big with spectacular view, Dinner and breakfast are great, Tiago from the restaurant are friendly and welcoming, thumbs up for him!

Check out could be a little bit more efficient and polite, as I was trying to check out early in the morning at 8am but the different staff told me "too early and she is not ready yet", So I waited for a little while when she is ready.

Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent a vegan dinner upon request. Also, welcoming to our dog.

The location and one lady on the front desk helped us to find a COVID test facility and even made an appt for us ?. Dinner was amazing

This is my 4th stay at the hotel atop Pilatus and again i cannot praise the staff here enough. They are just so thorough, caring, polite and knowledgeable about the area. Every time i have been ive been given great info on the local hikes and conditions. The hotel is wonderful, the views are spectacular from all over the grounds, and at all times of the day. WIFI is great and the set menu at the restaurant is perfect & the staff there are also super. The best part of staying on the mountain is that before the gondola starts for the day and after the gondola stops you have the mountain to yourself to explore. Perfect for photos without people in the background :)
