Great breakfast. Large room.

A bit expensive

Generally, Hotel atmosphere was pleasant enough.

We arrived late and exhausted at check-in, and find that the bathroom mixer with the shower hose was leaking and spraying water. Since it was already late, I had to fix the issue myself, which was inconvenient after a long journey.Housekeeping was disappointing (2/5). I stayed for 3 nights: the first night everything was fine, but on the 2nd and 3rd nights, I had to call Reception every evening to request a minibar refill, which should have been done during the housekeeping service in the morning.

Not good because they ask for a deposit , but in the app don’t say

The ask for a deposit 400 CHF and don’t get back, they told us, you will receive it in 1 to 3 days, now 4 days not received it ,

We stayed at Seedamm Plaza for four nights and loved it so much! We were in the penthouse suite and I highly recommend it for families. Some other thoughts - breakfast was 10/10, huge variety of savory and sweet and the staff was so nice. Special shout out to Arta who got us everything we needed :) the reception desk was also wonderfully helpful and gave us recommendations for day trips and umbrellas when it was rainy (thank you to Alina!) honestly we loved this place so much, we ended up extending our time here. Thank you to all the staff who made it special!

Nice clean rooms - great view

No coffee machine in the room

After speaking with a supervisor I received finally expected service. My room update was necessary I am grateful to a manager for it.

Unfortunately I tried to book a room per telephone and lady told me they are fully booked, it was not true. I also received very poor room at the beginning and only after speaking the a manager very kind and prepared lady I received what I was expecting at the beginning.

It was clean, fresh, quality stuff. Especially like the sauna included, that was awesome.

Can't really think of anything.

Refrigerator didn't work, expected coffee machine

The hotel is spacious, cozy and clean rooms, great breakfast, there is a good free sauna area, free soft drinks in the mini bar.

When we arrived at Lake Zurich and booked a Panorama room, we were given a room with a messy balcony overlooking a busy intersection with traffic jams. This was disappointing.

The bed is comfortable, good amenities and they are pet friendly!

Location, access, parking. Room was very clean an dconfortable. Nice balcony with a nice view. Very quiet even if nearby the railways. Casino downstairs does not create any disturbance. Staff was nice and helpful.

The restaurant. High price for average quality.

The hotel is very good. Great view for the zurich see. Breakfast is very good, also location, near a mall, shops, and restaurants. They allowed us to stay intul 2pm because we were travelling to Brazil. Very nice employees. IS the second time we stay there and will come back.

It is located close to the train station which helps if you are using public transport. The breakfast was really good and a huge choice.

Possibly some of the views are not that great. Really depends on which room you are staying in.

Very good breakfast, car chargers, free parking, (even though I paid anyways...), nice staff. nice and quite location.

Pillows too soft and not really comfortable.More weighs in the gym would be appreciated.

Nice and modern room

Very disappointed that they organize events with DJs without privatizing the hotel. I specifically requested a quiet room to have a good night sleep. I ended up not sleeping before 3am because of the music. Most of the staff is unexperienced : reception (argued together because they couldn't find my room number for 10 minutes), breakfast (asked me to sit at a table while there was lots of broken glass all around the table) and cleaning service (entering in the room at 8:30am while I hadn't checked-out).

Large property, different room types. Friendly staff, good food!

The room was quite spacious, bed was comfort, and had a nice large smart tv. The hotel also had SAUNA and fitness centre and was able to relax. The breakfast spread was goodStaffs are niceRoom was very clean including the bathroom

It was near zurich lake

There was not any kettle in the room and for drinking coffee and tea you have to pay.You have to carry your luggages by your own. Taking taxi from hotel is more than popular range. Electrical outlets are problematic and the staff could not fix it.

Location it is good for overnight stays. Hotel in general is economical one.
