Nice small Hotel in the center of Brugg.Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice Italian restaurant in the evening.

No free parking.

Hotel Rotes Haus is well located and has a nice restaurant.

Check-in was a bit awkward as literally there is no access to hotel reception until check-in time…so dropping bags didn’t seem possible

This is a really chilled hotel in a beautiful town (Brugg). Worked well as an overnight stop for us.

It is expensive as hotels go, but Switzerland just is, and this was cheaper than most of the others we considered. Definitely recommended.

We had an early start one morning, but the staff left us with a good selection in reception. The hotel just an easy ten minute walk from Brugg station

Very friendly staff and welcome. Travelling by bikes it is always nice if there is an understanding that bikes cannot be parked outside. Good size room (triple), basic but clean and functional. Good central location. Breakfast was buffet style and offered an ok selection.

Cost for the room is a bit on the high size, but unfortunately that is the case in many places in Switzerland

Super location, right near the train station and all the shops and just a five minute walk away from Brugg's old medieval town. The Vindonissa Museum is just across the way and well worth visiting. The breakfast is very good, the staff very helpful and friendly.

Arrived on a Friday evening and there was quite a bit of noise in the street that night. The windows can be closed but in the summer that may be a problem. The building is old, the walls are thin, so that if the hotel is full, other guests' comings and goings are noticeable.

It was close to the sport center. The restaurant was nice too.

The fact that the receptionist told us that all the parking lots were free (including underground) from Saturday 5pm to Monday 8am. Well, come to find out that it wasn't the case in the parking lot we were at because we ended up paying a 30.- parking ticket. That was very disappointing.

Continental breakfast with a good variety and obliging service. The room provided me with all I needed. Restaurant on the ground floor.

This hotel was at a good location, close enough to walk to the train station and also good for getting to our sightseeing destinations. It was very clean and comfortable with a staff that was helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was very good.

The bathtub could be lower because we felt a little danger getting in and out.

Lighting was Ok. But they should improve lighting with dim light facility.

Great location, close to shops. And a good complimentary breakfast. There is free parking outside after 19.00, all other times it is paid and limited to one hour. We decided to leave our car in paid underground car park opposite the hotel. For 24 hours it is about 25 francs. This wasn't a problem for us, just informing other guests of the parking fees.

The walls are a bit thin, we could hear the tv of the person in the next room, but it was quiet after 22.00.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff.

No parking which meant either keep moving the car every hour or parking in the nearby underground car park which is expensive for long term parking. Our room looked out onto a roof and other rooms. As a consequence, the room was quite dark in comparison to other rooms.
