Room was spotlessly clean. And it was comfortable. Room has sufficient space with sufficient bedding and other facilities. And the breakfast was nice.

Nice pool area and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was good and catered for both Western and Sri Lankan tastes.

I really liked being able to be free in the room.
Some of the facilities in the room are lacking, especially the TV signal and the wifi signal are a bit weak. Those are the things I didn't like. If those shortcomings are fixed, the hotel will be great.

They arranged a good guide for safari tour.
No hot water one day, the scalding next morning, then no hot water. Some Poor advice from staff (advised no atm in town then when I asked an another staff member they said there was (they were right) and don’t give out wifi on arrive, no phone in room so have to go downstairs to tell them issues. Safe not working when I advised they said I was wrong. Then they worked out batteries needed replacing. Unwell after eating their buffet dinner.
The staff was excellent and always helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location offered great value for money. The rooms were clean and equipped with cable channels, adding to the comfort. The food was delicious, and the room service was exceptionally attentive. Overall, I can confidently say I’ll visit this place again.
I ordered my dinner around 7 PM, but it was delivered to my room around 9 or 9:30 PM. The room didn’t have an iron, so I had to ask the staff for one, but it was of poor quality. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, so I had to use my phone as a hotspot to access the internet.

Exceptional Staff.Manager Dilran, Receptionist Raveesha, Indika Restaurant Supervisor and other support staff including the tea-making restaurant staff worker Fonseka were great. They were warm, welcoming and friendly.

The restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping team are all amiable and accommodating.
The room service closed early (9.20 PM), and when the receptionist tried to call the chef, he refused to take any orders.
The staffs’ immediate resolution when there were concerns with quality of room cleanliness. The General Manager went above and beyond to ensure an awesome experience @ the hotel ? thank you so much xxx
Even though the restaurant food was absolutely amazing & we were the only guests eating there, it was 1 hour to get our food.
Room is spacious. Need little more cleanliness. Food is not good.
