Very disappointed ☹️

Very disappointed. ☹️ I had pre-booked 3 rooms of booking.lk, but after we got there, did not inform their staff of any reservation, so we could not get any room that day. Its management does not take any responsibility. You should think twice about booking rooms here.

After coming all the way to the hotel, they said all the rooms are booked & cannot give us the reservation room.

Very poor service from the management.They just turned the phone off because we were trying to call them also

The location is superb. Silat place.Soo Greenary...Cleaned and like a village.

Was a good a good location walking distance to everything. Swimming pool. Lots of wildlife. Though cockroach crawling on my bed.. Ahhh.. Staff nice though vertually no English..

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately it is not well managed

Impossible to communicate with the staff, dirty room and toilette, room full of mosquitos, impossible to sleep also with repellent, no services (but they charge you 10% in booking.com tariff).

Too quite environment ?, Fantastic swimming Pool experience ?

Dust not cleaned inside and outside the room ??

Service was atrocious!! Went in around 7pm to check in there was no one at reception. Had to hang around for over 30 minutes for someone to finally approach us. Once they did, they smelt of booze and they did not know that I had already made a booking and kept saying they do not deal with online bookings etc. spoke to the owner who explained that they are not on these online platforms as they do not get paid when someone makes a booking online, he then passed the phone over to his daughter who had no customer service at all!! SPOKE IN A VERY RUDE MANNER OVER THE PHONE!! Did not understand anything I was saying, kept coming back at me with rude remarks! Our family was left in a vulnerable situation as it was around 7pm and we just wanted to go into the rooms that we booked, however this hotel owner and daughter did not allow us to do so because of THEIR OWN MISTAKE!! IF YOURE NOT ON THESE ONLINE PLATFORMS THEN TAKE THIS HOTEL OFF AGODA & BOOKING.COM!! STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS, STOP SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!! This is the first time I'm experiencing something like this in Sri Lanka, we have been travelling to Sri Lanka every year from the UK, never have we experienced such rude and disrespectful behaviour! DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS HOTEL!

The staff was so friendly and the food was great.

The cleaning process wasn't good . They were struggling with less staff for cleaning.. my mom got bitten by a poisonous worm under the bed sheets..therefore I strongly suggest anyone booking this rooms, double check under the beds before sleep. The Garden is poorly maintained.

Location is good

It was not as we expected. Room quality, appearance, service, Welcome was not as we expected. We booked a Delux room but we are not happy with what we paid. We have gone for many other hotels for the same budget but had a nice time.

There’s no facilities as we expected. Hospitality is average. Swimming pool is not maintained well ? Showers are not working properly in bathrooms. Rooms are clean no problem.

The Site Manager Mr. Prince was a very nice gentleman who does personally attending to take care the guest requirements and needs with excellent communication skills and with a very friendly smile. The local food was very good and the Location too.

The location was perfect. The staff was helpful.

The pool seemed a bit unclean.

All the meals are superb and worth.. (separate changes)

They are not consider Check in , Check out time for visitors and lack of communications. They are unable to offer we are requested Trible Room. (Highly warred for room issue) Swimming pool not a properly maintain-not clean.Above points are need to developed, specially for local visitors.

Room is not clean. Bathrooms are disgusting to use. I had to throw away two cockroaches crawling on my body while i was sleeping. The place might have seen better days.

Nice property close by Katharagama city. Convenient location with individual chalets. Has a good sized swimming pool and a good restaurant which serves variety of foods. Really worth for money and a good place to stay with family or friends. Highly recommended.

Need some attention on interior of the chalets.

This is very very bad place than I thought breakfast is horrible. Rooms are not clean & tidy service is very poor Iam disappointed with this place & never recommended to anyone one

Close proximity to the scared city, easy to reach by car. spacious rooms with essential facilities. Good internet available in the reception. Tasty breakfast.

Location is not very accurate in google maps. Staff lacks professionalism. No tea/coffee and toiletries in the room.

Staff were obliging and courteous.

Complete Room.Not specious.One room had a TV.But no connection.Entrance to the rooms were from the backside of the building.Could see waste water coming out from the pipe lines.Not pleasant at all when coming out of the room.Were trying to charge 10% service charge for both rooms apart from the amount mentioned online and email confirmation.Had to decline and took time to resolve when checking out.Hidden Charges...Photos published on the site are different from the actual.
