Very clean.

Air conditioning was locked at 25 C. We changed rooms twice and all rooms were very hot. Staff did not seem to care. We had to sleep with the window opened in a room at street level. People walking just outside of the room. Terrible. Room was small.

Spacious room, great bathroom and it seems newly renovated. Was also super clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Food in the evening was surprisingly good for this kind of chain. Staff were charming and super helpful.

It’s a long dreary walk into town (and uphill on the way back). Taxis are rarer than hens’ teeth. So best for those with a car.

Excellent location and hotel. Nice comfortable rooms. Good room service.Receptionist ‘Raren’ (sorry if spelling is incorrect) was very helpful.

The size of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The walk to the hotel is a nice little workout.

There was no jacuzzi ;-) (also not promised). The beds were not optimal.

Nice location, a few minutes drive from the ferry dock and the city center.Easy car access with an underground garage. The maximum height is 1.85m but I was able the park my 4x4 without many problems.Personal polite and helpfull, room very clean and spacious.

The restaurant was not very special, acceptable.

Quietness of hotel, exceptional view, outstanding staff, excellent breakfast. Comfortable room, clean and with plenty of hot water. Location close to airport bus pickup location.

Really nothing to complain about except the 'hike' up the hill to reach the hotel. LOL

Loved the staff, the breakfast, and the room: the decor was minimal and super clean. Loved it. Didn't expect this from a BW. I'll return for sure.

Well, I didn't expect the walk up the hill! The taxi driver near the ferry misleadingly said it was a hundred meters away. Do take a taxi; don't try to push your luggage up that hill.But once there, we were happy.

Very nice hotel, close to the city centre, clean and comfortable rooms!

So clean , beautiful furniture, everything very practical even with baby.

All as expected. Was great to have a in house restaurant open til 10 pm when we got off the ferry later than expected.

Convenient location of the hotel if you arrived by ferry. 3 minutes drive to the ferry. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts and chic dinners. Checked in very quickly 2 hours early. Garage for a car with an elevator directly to your floor. We had a chic room with a huge terrace and a view of the sea. You can see how large ships arrive. Especially beautiful in the evening. We could watch the sunset. The hotel deserves at least four stars.

The hotel is close to the port in Bastia, ideal for an overnight stay before or after a cruise. Very helpful stuff.

The payment process was an absolute pain. After booking on Booking.com, they sent me a link to follow through the payment which was blocked by all security software. The hotel refused to take payment through booking.com, and claimed that this is standard policy for BW, which is simply not true as I happened to stay in multiple BW hotels and this was not the case with any other of their hotels.

Comfortable beds, very good breakfast, very kind and helpful lady in the restaurant.
