The location was good. Easy to access restaurants and the ferry.

The front desk clerk was so rude when he discovered we were American and not fluent in French. He grumbled and yelled at us and set the stay off on a sour note.

The position is very good. Nothing fancy but clean and definitely ok for Bastia.

The hotel is very nice and the location couldn’t be better, very close to ferry port and bus gara.

The personnel was not nice at all, the night of my arrival July 02 there was a grumpy old man that should retire inmediately, as well as the lady in the restaurant who was too lazy to get up the sofa to make me a coffee. The only nice person was the reception lady on the morning of July 03 who had to get up and make the coffee but even she complained to me because l had no €3 exact and paid with a €10 bill, she gave me a bunch of change and don’t even know if she gave me the right change because l didn’t bother to check.

I arrived later than expected and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Comfortable room, good location.

The shower head couldn't be adjusted and wet the mirror and floor a lot–swapping out the current shower fixture for an adjustable one would be a great improvement.

Location is perfect, close to train station and bus stops, there are cafes restaurants supermarkets around. Spacious room. View from my room's window.

One of the worst wi-fi connection I have ever seen, there were stronger connections but when I asked passwords they refused to share them

The hotel is ideally located in the city and close to the port and bus station. It was the ideal location for us.

Very strange place. Looked closed at first, went to second floor, greeted by a rude older lady and man, very abrupt. Didn’t speak a word of English, which is surprising given they are working in tourism. Sometimes you meet people that don’t speak your language, but it’s easy to pick up what they are wanting to say. Not these people. Just keep speaking in French and don’t point or hand language or anything. Very strange. Room was bare. Bed and that’s it. A/C didn’t work. Bed was hard as nails, Glass shower screen glued shut, so quite difficult to set the shower temperature before getting in the shower. Probably impossible for someone less agile. Doors slam from early morning. Breakfast not included, but it available at the cost of €7. Waste of time. Few bits of bread and jam,No buffet or anything like that. I wouldn’t recommend it as there would be better options for the money.

lack of cleaning (chewing gum left in the bathtub), no water in the morning (couldn't even flush the toilet), double bed was implemented with two single beds pushed together.

The hotel allowed an early checkin, as the trains arrive early in Bastia. We really appreciated this flexibility. The proximity is a big advantage when having 6.40AM trains.Very close to the train and bus station.Good wifi

The hotel is located near the center of Bastia. The station of the airport bus is nearby. The Bastia old port is at a distance of around 15 minutes on foot. The room is spacious and has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room works very well. The free WiFi connection is good.

The reception staff do not speak English. The hotel says that the front desk is open 24 hours but, when I checked-out early in the morning, there was nobody at the reception. The shower cabin in the bathroom is very small.

Cleaning staff were really loud, knocking on my door (even though I had the no disturb sign on).Wifi was only near at door of the room.
