B&B HOTEL Le Mans Sud

Good location. Didn’t have breakfast.

I’ve stayed with the B&an franchise on many occasions and have always been impressed. On this occasion, the room was really small and the decor felt a bit ‘tired’.

Motorcycle trip so required basic accommodation

Location was a bit rough on an industrial estate. Not as clean or nice as other locations of the same brand

Room small, but comfortable. Ensuite. Good location. 5 minutes walk to bus. 20 minutes into Tram stop. 10 minutes by tram to city. Close to a nice swimming lake. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great access by car to Le Mans 24 hour Race Track.

The first afternoon I couldn't get into the area where the vending machines are, to grab something to eat. A staff member was in the reception area with the lights out cleaning. I had the feeling that she wanted to finish her cleaning and not open the door and be disturbed even though it is advertised to be open during certain times. Very annoying.

Great location - just a few minutes from the track. Easy self-checkin, we arrived past 1am and had no issues locating our room and getting in.

The rooms are a bit worn out, the breakfast doesn't look great.

Almost brand new hotel, conveniently sited near the A10. Clean rooms. Happy to accept dogs. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

The B&B App showed incorrect information on how to get to the nearby restaurants.

This hotel is basic but comfortable. It's a little dated and the shower needs updating as it was difficult to get in and out as it has a slippy floor. The bed was comfortable and was okay for an overnight stay. The parking was good and well-lit. The rooms are like chalets rather than inside hotel rooms.

The bathroom shower was slippy and hard to get in and out. The main door to the room had daylight and a draft coming into the room.

Okay overnight hotel near a lake,just outside le Mans

The 'mezzanine' floor for the twin beds. It was clean.

The location - we were at the back of the hotel so the view was semi-industrial. The room was also rather small.

Asked for camp bed as booked for 3 on booking in the accessible room and told noAsked for extra pillow and told no sorrySo 3 of us, including a disabled child had to 'sleep' in a double bed!

Comfortable beds and clean. Price was good.

Not seeing any staff.

The very helpful lady at reception explained the situation and kindly contacted booking.com to cancel our reservation when it transpired that there were no more rooms available.

Upon arrival we found that they were fully booked with no room available for us but this hadn’t been reflected on booking.com.However booking.com still shows that I have a pending review for this property so I am obliged to comment to get rid of that annoyance.

Location only good and the A/C

Poor cleaning. Small room for the guest involved. Carpet floor outdated. Virtual Reception (like an ATM) in the evening time probably some people cannot get the keys easily. However, in the morning personnel push to you to go out.

Nice size room, particularly liked the usb socket next to the bed on one side and the normal socket on the other side. Breakfast was good. Shower was very nice, plenty of nice hot water

Would have liked additional pillows, and only one large towel supplied (there were two of us)

Small rooms, beds could have been more comfortable, and tiles in shower needed a bit more cleaning
