Golf Hotel de Valescure & Spa Nuxe

A comfortable hotel with lovely pool and access to the golf course and club house bar and restaurant.

It was a little bit isolated. A car is probably required.

The breakfast is excellent, which provides rich selection. For the hotel guests, you can play tennis for free of charge. My booked room type is "Le Charme" is newly renovated.

The floor tiles in the bathroom is not clean. And the service of reception needs to be improved. As our shower gel cannot be pumped and I reported this issue in the morning but when I come back in the evening, it still doesn't work.

We had a Junior Suite which means a bedroom and separate sitting room with sofa bed. We have stayed in this room before and like the layout. Breakfast is alway good with a large buffet style layout, hot and cold food which caters for all needs. We have noticed that some of the food items we have had in the past are no longer served, cost cutting perhaps....The casual dining area is nice and imformal but the menu could do with a few more options, vegitarian, pasta etc...If you like golf and tennis then this is catered for, swimming as well. Staff are always helpful and polite, bonus is that they speak english, thank you.All in all a lovely hotel which we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. This is our 4th stay and use it as a base for our days out....

Nothing really, casual restaurant menu needs updating, perhaps as it was end of season perhaps they reduced it..

Disappointing

We came with the small baby and asked if they have room service. We could not go for dinner because we put the baby early to bed. At first they confirmed that they have room service but afterwards said that restaurant is fully booked and no one can bring us any food at any time. We were travelling for several weeks and in all places we have been every staff was very understanding about our situation and room service was the easiest thing for them to arrange for us. So the attitude was quite disappointing in this hotel.

We are regular visitors. We love the hotel's location in Valescure, with easy access to both the beaches and the Esterel. The gardens and pool are very well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Particular praise to the reception team, including Revika, Noemi and Thierry who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The pool it’s beautiful possibility to play golf tennis, the parking the bus station to go in gare routière if you don’t have a car, disponibility and professional service, the vegetation big room 2 floors and terrasse to enjoy the breakfast in your room. Letter welcome to your room cleaner everyday . No gym room, the choice between bathrobe and towel I appreciated more my slippers too cozy.Relaxing place

Room and terrasse is littlest old, bed not confortable, far of the city, the last bus to go in hotel is 7pm number bus it’s 6or7, pool it’s close early, the price of breakfast it’s very expensive for proposal. The smells and dust both in the room and in the corridors. This is a 4-star hotel, no excuses. The doors are either dirty or damaged, such as. Spa nuxe card promoted but not necessarily appealing,

Confortable room, excellent staff, good sunbeds

Room decoration made me feel like on a business trip. Also did not like very much the glass fences around the swimming pool (should have chosen another security system)

I liked the area and the quietness in the hotel, I loved the breakfast and the proximity to the interesting and challenging golf course of Valescure.

That it is very far of the beach and restaurants area. And the bar area can become more vivid in the evening.

Very nice facilities, clean and staff very welcoming and friendly. It wasn’t too crowded which we appreciated. The area is very peaceful and it’s nice to have one foot in nature and not far from the coast

During summer time, we only received one water bottle in the room. It would have been nice to have a water fountain.While breakfast is nice, it’s not very diverse so it gets boring pretty quickly.

The whole structure of the Hotel was marvellous, and our room too. Even if the bathroom presented some troubles, the staff managed to resolve them as soon as we asked. They even helped us finding a good restaurant and reserved a table there for us.

All of the extra services, except for the common swimming pool, aren’t for free (in our reservation even breakfast was a pricey extra).

The rooms were newly renovated, very fresh and comfortable. The staff at the reception were incredibly nice and helpful – we felt really welcome. An extra plus was that it was possible to charge the electric car during the stay. Highly recommended!

Calm and relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was spot on with the temperature.

Our room was one of the farthest away from the lift. We had our dog with us, so when she wanted to go out it was a long walk to get to the lift.

Location, too far out of St Raphael if you haven’t got own transport and no shops or restaurants in the vicinity.Food selection and quality poor in the restaurant

Lovely building, space and staff

Hotel located in a quiet and beautiful area. Comfortable junior suite, nice breakfast, friendly staff , charming club house attached to the hotel.

Garbage in the greens surrounding the parking (inside the hotel area), extérieur of hôtel in need of paint, the spa closing before time and therefore not possible to reserve for the following day, missing soaps/lotions in the bathroom. All small details, but it adds up.

The refurbished suite,the relaxing location and very customer focused staff. It delivers everything we need for a short break.
