Breakfast offering was weak given the standard of the hotelBaby Cots, small dog not free.

I liked the comfortable bed and duvet, the large bathroom was brilliant with a powerful shower and double sinks. The views from our room were amazing too.

I did not like the fact that the smart TV did not have facilities to watch BBC World news or to be able to use my own Netflix account, therefore we were stuck with just French channels.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Nice room. Super nice view from 4th floor.

I liked the breakfast at the terrasse with view. I didn't like to order the breakfast the day before and would have liked a larger choice of products.

The hotel is centrally located and you get a nice sunset view from the top rooms.

The hotel is an absolute nightmare management -wise. This was our second stay and compared to 2024 , this summer it was an absolute disaster. We booked a suite with breakfast and received breakfast only on the fourth day. The staff was lost, confused and not properly trained. The so-called “Director” avoided all questions , remarks and in the end complaints. The suite was good but had a badly leaking shower flooding the bathroom and the toilet. The reception desk was always empty- no staff to be found if you needed assistance. The nicest people I met there were the cleaning ladies who did well their job.

Breakfast was not included, and for 700 euros was not good also when we asked for tea bags it was met with an attitude that this was a problem

The room was well designed, except the air conditioning was not up to the task - be warned, if you go when it is very hot, you will frazzle. Don't stay there.

The noise from the restaurant/bar - music until at least 12.30am and the air conditioning did not work well. The room was 28c even with it on full blast. The restaurant/bar stays open until 2am every day and you WILL hear it. They said they would give us a partial refund, for keeping us awake, they LIED, as they did not. Don't stay there until they learn to do what is right. I don't think they care about the rooms, they are an afterthought to the money they make from the restaurant/bar.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Regrettably, I found absolutely nothing about the property that met my expectations, and I am compelled to bring my concerns to your attention.First and foremost, the treatment we received during our stay was far from satisfactory. It was disheartening to experience a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff members. Moreover, it became evident that the hotel lacked essential facilities and failed to implement adequate safety measures. This was concerning and greatly impacted our overall experience.One of the major issues we encountered was the malfunctioning air conditioning system in our room. Despite repeatedly notifying the clerk about this inconvenience since the first night, no action was taken to rectify the situation. This lack of responsiveness was both disappointing and unacceptable.To exacerbate matters, the noise levels within the hotel were unbearable. We were constantly disturbed by external noises seeping through the windows, which severely impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. Furthermore, we were left utterly disappointed by the lack of assistance provided with our luggage upon entering the hotel. We were forced to carry one of our bags ourselves, which was an unexpected inconvenience.Lastly, I am astounded that your hotel has been awarded a five-star rating. Based on my experience, I cannot fathom how such a rating was achieved. The numerous flaws and shortcomings I encountered during my stay make it impossible for me to recommend your establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience.In light of the aforementioned grievances, I kindly request an appropriate compensation for the inconveniences endured during my stay at your hotel. I trust that you will address these issues promptly and take necessary measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Central location, boutique hotel with modern facilities.

Unfortunately a Halloween party had been planned outside on the 1st floor terrace with a DJ just u Der our room. At an average 75db (max 99) from 21:00 - 01:00. Called reception at 11:30 and told it would be over at 12:00 hmmmm.

The hotel has a very good and central location with a beautiful view to the harbour. The room was modern and well equiped. Big bathroom with separate toilet. Cleaning was excellent.

The general issue with the hotel is the poor service considering the rating of the hotel. One morning we did not even get breakfast (which we paid for). Subsequently the hotel excused, but did not offer anything as compensation. As a rule there were no people in the reception and if any they could hardly understand English.

Dinner in the café restaurant was disappointing. We were disappointed that the restaurant staff were inattentive and they weren’t busy. Service was very slow.

Noise from the DJ on Friday and Saturday eve until 1am from sushi bar below room. Also didn’t like misrepresentation of showing a balcony in the photos of the room when there was no balcony

We loved the location of this property as it was close to ferry pick up and the train station.

Unable to sleep at night due to the noise The fire alarms went off TWICE during our stay which was scary and quite the inconvenience due to having to go outside twice! There were no blinds in our bathroom so the sun was just beaming in all day and it was so hot in our room.

The location of the hotel is fabulous walk all distance to the beach. The staff at the hotel are really friendly during the day.The problem occurs at night they have a very loud DJ with their Japanese restaurant. All the rooms in the hotel are above the restaurant the music is loud and continues until 1am. There is no mention of this on the website, which makes it impossible to get to sleep before 1 am. Please be aware of this when booking, because if you have a young family, they will not be able to sleep.

The daytime staff are fabulous. The nighttime staff are young there is no one there available to make any decisions. They have to wait for the manager who is not often at the hotel. The noise of the hotel is unbearable. We booked to stay three nights but only stayed two.

Nothing seemed too much trouble.I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t have any, but the restaurant, again was beautifully decorated and always busy.
