    Pros +

    • Location
    • Location is excellent, just cross the road in front and you are at the beach whilst the station (bus and train) is less than 5 minutes walk away The room was nice, to a good standard and pleased to have tea and coffee in the room. Seemed quiet and rooms serviced each day. The staff were friendly and helpful.
    • Hotel was not value for money. The pictures are deceiving and way to expensive for what you get.Breakfast was good tho.

    Cons -

    • Paid for breakfast then the staff started clearing away the items.
    • The breakfast is too expensive (€19.50) for what is offered (no sausages or fried eggs for example). For a 4 star hotel the facilities outside of the rooms are very limited. The "bar" is just the reception desk, with a table in the corner and there is no restaurant or food service other than breakfast. Although it is in the centre so there are restaurant's and bars nearby.
    • Old hotel with a bad trying to be cool make over.My bathroom was very smelly, like swamp smell

It was very clean, the rooms were modern, the staff was extremely friendly (all of them). The location was perfect. The beach was right in front of the hotel. And to top it all off, they have a baobab tree in front of the hotel entrance.

Lovely hotel located on the promenade. We were only staying a night due to catching the ferry the next day.The room was big and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Location is excellent, and we loved the sea viewTea and coffee making facilities in our room and chilled water available nearby. Good shelf space in ensuite and heated mirror. Also the complimentary shower gel and hand and body cream.

The price for parking our motorbike. Not much hanging space in wardrobe.

    8MarekPosted on: 9-13-2025

Location is just perfect- just in front of the beach. 3 mins walk from train station. Few bars and restaurants within 1-5 mins. Staff very kind and eager to make your stay comfortable. Rooms with varied size, clean with comfy beds. Equipped with kettle iron etc. Rather quiet (however my recommendation is to tak room with city view especially in peak season to avoid noise from promenade). We’ve been there 2 times already for short 3-4 stay. Each time we had a very god time.

Not disadvantage rather warning. Underground garage has relatively small parking slots and narrow entrance so for some car owners/ drivers might be challenging.

Very well located beachfront hotel in a beautiful city

    7VaclavPosted on: 7-6-2025

Location, modern rooms with enough space.

So-so breakfasts. Impressively terrible coffee (my wife, who has so low standards that she gulps down even instant coffee, couldn't drink it :). Beware that the hotel advertises laundry service, but apparently (per reception) stopped providing it at least a year ago.

    8MarekPosted on: 6-26-2025

    Staff, location, cleanness, room size.

Nothing to complain about. Pls only be aware that can be tricky to park bigger cars in underground garage.

    7FabrizioPosted on: 6-12-2025

The room was big and clean, the position is great for visiting St. Raphael and the nearby

The breakfast buffet was not bad, but there was only one waiter; once something finished you have to wait before it was replaced. The overall service doesn’t fit the price paid and the standard of a 4 star hotel

    9CarolPosted on: 4-14-2025

Location was excellent, room comfortable & clean.

    8ClairePosted on: 12-16-2024

Bedroom nicely laid out and spacious. Kettle with tea and coffee, nuxe products in the bathroom, comfy bed. At night you can ear the waves crashing.

1st floor, not much light coming in despite the sea view. A lot of work going on at the moment on the sea front, which the hotel cannot do anything about.

From the moment we arrived, Faustine, the General Manager, was so welcoming and helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and so many lovely restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was really good. Slim, the guy who sorted breakfast out every morning was so kind and warm, nothing was too much trouble. Slim made us and our dog so welcome every morning. Faustine, Slim, Claudia and Sofia are a credit to the company.

Clean and close to downtown. Spacious rooms.

I didn’t have breakfast, but my travel companions said it was overpriced for what was provided.

Bathroom door didn't close. Reception had a bad temper. Room wasn't ready at 15:00.
