The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Equally commendable was the cleaning staff, who ensured our room was left clean and tidy every single day. The hotel's location proved to be ideal. Situated within walking distance of local bakeries, and remarkably convenient for public transport, being just steps away from both the train and bus stations.

Asked for a twin room but ended up with double.

The location being fairly close to the train station was helpful as we were travelling with lots of luggage. The reception desk staff were also very helpful

The rooms are pretty small

I like the location. It was clean and comfortable.Staff were nice.I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment. Shower was nice and powerful.I've stayed before as well.

The seagulls were noisy at night but I had ear plugs.The rooms were a little in need of painting. Not like the photos.There's no frills it's basic. But that's what you pay for.

The breakfast was typical to the area: coffees, juices, pastry, jams and some eggs and sausages. I also love the personnel and their support for my requests.Especially, the hostess Naomi was extremely helpful and supportive.

The hotel is perfectly located, about 400 meters to the train station (St Raphaël Valescure), bus station connected, just around the corner with the cinema building near by. There are a lot of small shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 500 meters from the hotel. The staff is nice and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There is the air conditionning, very old, but working and a small fridge. Breakfast (from 7 am) was always the same, though tasty, with fresh croissants, 'pain au chocolat' and baguettes, some range of cheese and ham, eggs, fruits, coffee, tea and fresh juices. There is enough room for everyone in busy days. The check-in starts at 4 pm only, but if you come earlier, you can leave your luggage there. Please be aware that this hotel is old, so you will be equiped with an old fashionned key to open your room :)

Everything in this hotel is very old and used, starting with elevator, by the fourniture in the rooms and the air conditionning. As the building is big, there are some areas with the small steps on the corridors, leading to the rooms which makes difficult for the disabled person. Giving the fact that there are no facilities at all, and despite of the perfect location, the cost of stay is too high. Please remember also, that you have to pay a tax fee for your stay, which is not included in the booking price.

Good location and great breakfast with friendly staff

Room a little small and in need of redecorating and updating. The bathroom was very small, as had to shut the door before you could get to the loo.

The room was clean and looks like recently renovated.

Check in and out times. Not very flexible, so make sure you check the policy correctly. Checking in certainly not before 4pm and check-out not after 11am . I asked for the possibility to extend checkout by 1 hour (so 12 noon) and I was told it’s ok but to pay 20 euros for this 1 hour. I found a bit extreme. Staff seemed a bit disorganized too. I was told payment did not go through and in the evening at check in they also weren’t sure again about my room.

Too old hotel , I don't understand where the 3stars are.Needs a good refurbishment.

Location was perfect. And they let us store our bags a few hours before checkin time

The room was not clean. The building itself was in poor conditions. Wifi did not work inside the room. Fridge inside the room did not work. The beds were uncomfrotable. They did all beds except one, both nights (we were in a room for 3). Towels were horrible (stained or burnt). The staff did not Know a single thing about the área (like where to buy water after 8pm)

there is no internet in room 311, although it is noted in the service and this is very important, but there was noneeverything is very simple, the floor is dirty, trash from previous families remained in the room and the light in the bathroom and the lamp in the bedroom are broken
