Unique Hôtel Résidence & Spa

Great central location, super lovely and welcoming staff.

A bit outdated and could use a refresh. I would say it’s more of a 3 star than 4 star hotel.

Excellent location, cozy family rooms, great breakfast. Super staff.

Friendly staff. Great location. Beautiful studio.

Clean efficient friendly helpful,

we wasted over an hour on arrival with the staff who tried to get the a/c to work. just had to open the window. other than that it's a nice place.

The staff was very friendly & the hotel is ideally located in the city center. The studio was clean and quiet..

Location. The hotel is directly in the center town of Saint Raphael. Restaurants, shops, beach are literally 5 min walk from the hotel.

I definitely did not like, the parking. I made a reservation based on the filtering with "Parking". Once at the hotel, I got to know that the hotel had no parking, and they only meant that there are some parking nearby. Which means either parking in the street, which is almost impossible because of lack of free space, or pay 14€ (winter rate) a day at one of the Saint Raphael Public Parking.

Location is good

For the price, one would expect a prime hotel with great restaurant food/ options. However the rooms are "roomy" but dark, no special amenities. Breakfast has only a few options. No pool, all the saunas/massages are offered at higher cost. Overall very disappointed by the extremely high cost for no good reason.

Clean , simple and spacious room. Matilde, the girl at the desk , was really nice. Close to railway station and center of town.

Not a 4 star hotel as seen on website. Design of room was not updated.

Lovely hotel. Spacious room. Clean and good location.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We booked a studio type of room, which was super fine and spacious (there is separate toilet from the bathroom), the bed was very comfortable, we could sleep well. We also liked the blackout curtain, which together with the shutter blocked out the sunlight totally. No noise came from the neighbouring rooms/ street, so the soundproof works well. At last, but not least I have to highlight that the staff was very kind and helpful, even when we arrived late at night for the check in, the lady welcomed us with a smile and we felt like they really would like to make our stay great, and they did! :) Thank you for the nice experience.

Superb staff. So friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Saint Maxime or Saint Tropez. Saint Raphael has so much to offer, beach, restaurants, all of which are within walking distance.

Nothing. We booked the studio which had great facilities for cooking, but we ate out every night!

The location is top, the staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast is ok.

The wellness area as a part of the hotel name is ridiculously expensive.€ 45 per Person and hour is simply not acceptable. There are famous and many times bigger thermal resorts, e.g in Austria, with a similar fee, but for the entire day..

Its very kind and attentive staff, comfortable facilities and excellent location

Good location. Room was spacious and clean. We were allowed to have dog in the room (for extra charge). Receptionists are very nice and welcoming, so are the cleaning ladies.

No parking, we had to go to paid garage which makes the stay more expensive. We had room under the roof so we had to have shadows down all the time (and dark in the room) or overheated room. The elevator is extremely slow :)The spa part is little bit overpriced, I would expect some better prices for guests.

The location, staff was perfect, clean room. Breakfast was nice but without any hot meal

There were some insects in the room and bathroom

Spacious room, excellent position, good breakfast.

This is a great hotel in a Very good location, close to the beach. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Good continental breakfast.

Quaint accommodation. Good location in the center of town right near the beach. Lovely staff. Great bed.

I wouldn’t say it was 4 stars exactly.

close to the sea, bars and resturants. clean and comfortable

breakfast could have been better. not much selectiona

Clean and comfortable and 2 mins form old port and from the town

Breakfast did not look good. We ate out
