Very clean room, warm, extra towels in the bathroom, great staff.

Breakfast can improve, lack of healthy options. Certainly need better coffee and at least 1-2 fruits to choose from.

We really loved the location: quiet street, despite the centrally placed hotel. The room had a small balcony which was really lovely.

Breakfast options: rather poor (not much choices available); Rooms are not soundproofed, so we could here the neighbors coughing.

Really excellent location, close to station, restaurants, beach and harbour.

Aircon was not working on our first night. Worked fine thereafter. Breakfast was poor.

Well located for the train station and beaches.

Room was small. Paper cups not glasses and these were not replaced each day.

Good location and easy to find. Helpful staff especially with problem connecting to WiFi (which is quite common they say. If you have a vpn, turn it off. Very clean with comfortable bed.

Not staffed between 20:00 and 08:00 so no help if a problem during that time. We had issue with air on not working overnight but ok in morning so maybe they turn it off? Poor tea/coffee facilities and water had to be bought from a vending machine in foyer.

The location of the hotel was exactly where we wanted to be. The room was adequate for our stay. We did not take breakfast.

Perhaps a bar area or outdoor sitting area would have been good.

the drying rung in the bathroom worked and the bathroom was spacious with a good aware of safety.

The fridge (although we we delighted to have one) made some very strange noises like it was preparing to take off!!!!!! ? especially during the night. Also the doors to all rooms (from the constant banging) were very difficult to close.

It's very close to the city center. Easy access to the beach, restaurants.Room seemed clean but with with old/outadted elements.

The room was small. It looked better in the photos. AC was barely working and dripping watter in a corner. Bathtub fosset was moving leaving you the feeling that it will break completly. The view from the room was over a dirty roof (room was at 1st= floor, the building next to hotel had only one level, so roof directly underneath the window - the two buildings tied together).It can't be because of the region/location because one night before we stayed at a hotel in Nice for the same price and it was waaaay better looking with waaay better services (both rooms booked at the same time, so no last minute booking for either of them or anything else that could change the price)

This was a modest room all remodeled and very clean. Very nice We had everything we needed

The building is a bit old but very well maintained

The room was not large, but it was nice to have a fridge and a balcony where we could have some food.Not far at all from the train station and the marina.There are nice walks one can take in the vicinity if one takes the local train for a couple of stops.

The hotel is manned only during limited hours. If you arrive before 3:00, there's no chance to leave your bags. The shower curtain is clearly too short, so that the floor inevitably gets wet while showering.

The hotel is just a short walk from the train station which was extremely useful for an early departure - it is also only a minute walk to the marina in St Raphael with a range of bars and restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the air con was efficient and the added bonus of a small fridge in the room. The welcome was friendly and the hotel provided all I needed for a 2 nights stay.

The view from my room was pretty underwhelming as it looked onto the back of another building - however, this was just a base rather than it being a room that I planned to spend any time in.

The Check in and Check out policy! No sound proof, I couldn’t sleep due to noise from the near by room.
