Hotel Panorama

We’re very disappointed with the Hotel Panorama first when we arrived at Airport we call and no answer then we got a tax grasse when we arrived at the property no one was there and the property are in construction works , we didn’t know what to do we had to look for an alternative accommodation and cost us a lot. The Hotel has charged the fee in advance from the account. I am looking forward to hear from you and receive re-found for the money taking and for the unexpected expenses. I didn’t the fact that the Hotel are in reparation and didn’t infirm us and charge my account for the service we did not benefit

Room and bathroom were in very good condition, probably just refurbished, Room and bathroom have been appreciated,

Common parts are really unacceptable: reception, elevator, corridor were in a terrible condition

Quiet room with nice view and balcony. Very close to town. Having an elevator was good.

Fantastic location balcony overlooks the market place with a view to the Mediterranean, we were lucky in that the morning after are arrival was beautiful and sunny and we were able to sit on the balcony in the morning sun.

It is in the centre of Grasse and therefore it is quite noisy but that is to be expected because of the location.

Coffee/Tee is available in the room. Fridge is in the room. Modern bathroom. Nice balkony with fantastic "Panorama" view. Location is perfectly close to City-center.

Missing some nearest parking reservation possibility for people traveling by car.

Our double room 402 with balcony with sea view on 4th floor had just been renovated with brand new bathroom. The beds were the best we had slept in out of 7 hotels. In the reception we could buy a ticket for the parking so it only would cost 6€ as long as you were barking. (not leaving and come back)

the floor had not been cleaned for long time. I always make my test with toilet papers under my shoes - and it became quite dark :-(

Well situated, simple hotel. Good value, helpful staff.

Pillows very poor, needs addressing.

The location right in the center. The manager is very friendly and trying his best considering the state of the hotel

The first room had no curtains and was located just across the street light so I had to improvise by tying up the two short curtains. There were no towel rail nor toilet roll holder in the bathroom.I was moved to another room on the last day, with works going on the whole afternoon in the next door room. I ended my trip covered with flea bites because of the room change

Central location, bus stop nearby and view of the valley, pleasant restaurant nearby

It’s near old city and the museum with a panoramic view ! Not very efficient though one of the staff did help me but i think it’s understaffed!The room was ok but the double glazed glass windows didn’t shut properly!It needs some repairs

Windows Vista were good but windows didn’t shut properly and it’s not sound proof and Is noisy!It’s not value for money except location

Location is perfect.

Clean but needs some fixing. Sink faucet fell off. Toilet didn’t have a flush handle. Breakfast was not worth the price.

Breakfast was very poor. Paid 8 Euros on arrival - but at 8am there was virtually no breakfast to be had. One Croissant remained, and I was told all the other guests had already had breakfast - which was hard to believe. The one croissant was left because it was burnt and not of good quality.

The location was central but higher up and had to climb steps , the room was alright with teas and coffees.

The hotel is not very modern and needs updated, it did not seem very clean, bedroom alright but bathroom shower hardly worked and toilet did not flush the bidet did not work very well. I would not stay there again.

Clear room, quite an old hotel, funky reception.

Fantastic location with fabulous view from the balcony, very good value, polite and helpful staff.

The most charitable description would be quirky but a more accurate one is that the property is in desperate need of repair, cleaning and management. For example we paid for two breakfasts. The one served us on day 2 was the leftovers from the previous day.

lovely location, had elevator, lovely terrace with views, it even has a massage chair by reception for free

horror movie corridors and enterance, gives kind of strange vibe to it

Location Location Location . The large windows kept the tiny room from feeling claustrophobic.

The space was very small. The bathroom was also tiny.

The location was exceptional for the centre of Grasse and was the main selling point of the hotel. The price was reasonable too. The hotel was clean.

The hotel's decor was a little strange, especially the breakfast room. This strangeness did not extend to the bedroom though there was not a proper shower just a showerhead extension from the bath, which was usable. Apart from checking in I never saw any worker at the hotel even at breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but the yogurt ran out and the coffee could be better.Grasse itself was plagued by flies and fearless pigeons. both of which were annoying and a health hazzard. I mention this point as it is most unusual for France.
