Bastide Saint Antoine - Relais & Châteaux

Very nice property, well guarded, also the parking. Friendly and assertive staff, very good cuisine.

Everything… the gorgeous perfect room, the reception, the valet, the food, the sommelier: the grounds…. It really was the nicest hotel and restaurant experience we have had.

Nice Hotel with a nice garden and a good restaurant (but expensive restaurant).

The view from the windows was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious and very comfortable. One female staff member who guided me to the room was kind and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the staff didn’t reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel—they were chatting loudly and seemed oblivious to guests. It felt unprofessional and disappointing.

The garden was quite spacious, and it was nice to take a walk outside. There were many olive trees, and the property was well-maintained.

The grounds are beautiful, the staff are pleasant, and the restaurant is fantastic.

It is a beautiful property with lovely grounds. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. Although it is situated only a few kilometres from Grasse it is quiet and peaceful and the property has an enchanting tranquil air about it. The restaurant is outstanding.

There was nothing not to like.

If you want a really special treat then put this on your to do list.The chateau was really comfortable and includes a good range of facilities.We enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the restaurant which most certainly was a highlight of our visit.All of the staff are very professional , polite and particularly in the restaurant paid great attention to detail and provided an excellent service.

The breakfast was just lovely , all that we could and and very delicious. We arrives later afternoon not havingstopped for l’un h andstaff suggested a cheese plate fòrums t’ha was just perfect. Home to comentari agafin.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It really is a calm and beautiful oasis to relax. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff very welcoming and professional.We had the most wonderful and spacious suite over-looking the valley and lovely decorated in the Provencal style.Since we do not breakfast I cannot tell anything about it.As well our small dog was allowed in the restaurant which we really appreciated so we did not need to leave it in the room.We, my husband and I, would definitely book the hotel again.

We liked the well kept gardens, superb outdoor eating and great service. We particularly liked the turn down service - rare these days.

Room had ants. Bed wasn't made with pillows. Wifi didn't work (by staff admission). Also, considering the price and alleged star rating - this hotel frankly doesn't deliver value.

Location is fine. One staff who is an intern was fantastic! Very professional and helpful! One staff was extremely rude! She should not be put at the reception as she was very bad, no communication skills, no smile, no effort to help whatsoever until I asked to speak to the manager! The magazines in the rooms (I stayed two nights at a suite room and two nights at a deluxe room) were as old as 10 years! And in my deluxe room, there was a spider web at the ceiling! To top it off, when I checked out, they charged me with two items from their shop which I never purchased!!! The beds are ok but when I stayed at the suite, the pillows were terrible. I paid a lot for a suite room with a terrace with nothing but rooftops as the view. Seriously, it’s a Relais & Chateaux hotel…does the owner know about this? I have other significant feedback but too tired to type.

A stunning hotel in a peaceful location close to Grasse. Highlights were the beautiful pool and the restaurant, which was fabulous. We dined there on one of the three nights we stayed. The service was impeccable and the team were very accomodating of the food allergies of one of our group.

Nothing really, though it was oddly a little tricky to get an aperitif at around 6pm, before the dinner service started at 8pm. This was quickly sorted by asking the reception staff who were happy to help out.

Breakfast was wonderful....fresh foods and silver service. The location was tricky as not many taxis would come to the hotel. Uber was the only way around
