Pros +
- Owners/staff very friendly and accommodating. Food surprisingly good. Dining experience not glamorous but nice/quaint.
- The staff tried to resolve a booking
- Friendly reception but we decided to move on.
Cons -
- Car access difficult. No elevator.
- Very difficult access by car. Old stairs actually dangerous for any person with only mild walking handicap
- We decided not to stay --- my wife would not have been able to navigate the winding narrow staircase. Also, the room looked disappointingly small. I booked based on the pictures shown on the website and some previous comments, which was a mistake. Parking is narrow. Very narrow driveway from the main highway.

Beautiful location. Parking was sketchy. The food was expensive and that would have been fine but the minestrone like pasta was not very good.
Friendli host and an old fasihoned guesthouse. Lovely views.
Badly needed an aircondition.
Wonderful dog and human friendly hotel, with beautiful views, delicious food and lovely owners.
It’s a very beautiful house from the 16th century. We loved the family who owns it and helped us with everything, incl. parking. People are very friendly here and it’s a special place near Grasse. It’s dogs friendly, has a gorgeous terrace and very nice room with chimney and piano. The view was stunning. And we loved to wake up to the smell of freshly backed croissants for the breakfast. We had a very nice experience staying at La Bellaudiere.
The beds were slightly uncomfortable.
The charm of the hotel is enhanced by the family who run the hotel and its position in terms of the view over the hills surrounding Grasse. The rooms are delightful and spacious and the food is sufficiently satisfying to negate any need to go in search of restraints. That is particularly so of the breakfast. Just to reiterate the personalities of the family running the hotel make this such an enjoyable experience. Charlie and Diana
The hosts are very helpful and nice. I felt very much "at home". Perfect location with a wonderful view onto the mountains, the valley and the sea.The beds are super comfortable.

We love La Bellaudiere. Staff always most helpful, friendly, kind et provide a great service. This hotel is relaxing et cosy. Most grateful for their care et assistance. Merci beaucoup.
Nothing to report.
Breakfast was wonderful . Owners were very helpful and kind.
Paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee, older mansion converted to inn, rather close to the road.Needs to take it up a notch, but was very reasonably priced. Many single women travelers. Chef was not working, so no Friday night. Other restaurants were about 10 minutes away, and down narrow , winding roads.
Friendly and accommodating staffComfortable roomsDelicious dinner meal Beautiful views
Very calm and tranquil Logis. Lovely view and very pleasant staff
The staff were fantastic helpful and friendly. The food was very, very good. Atmosphere and ambience also great.
I have never stayed in a 2 star hotel before so I have no idea what the criteria for 2 stars so I will not make any further observations. My wife did say we have stayed in a 4 star hotel that was not as good,
Gracious hosts, wonderful breakfast and dinner, helpful staff, fantastic view
Charming accomodation. Room ammenities are a bit lacking but overall ok for the price.
No airconditioning but also no mosquito net so we couldnt have an open window during the night, which made sleeping a bit difficult.
Loved the hotel, it is in the classic rustic French style. Staff were very friendly, breakfast on the terrace was perfect x
Nothing x
Everything was amazing - location, view and staff
Nothing to dislike
The family friendly staff and relaxed setting. Our dinner and breakfast were delicious and served in the picturesque entrance courtyard.
The noise from the nearby busy road, mosquitos and bathrooms that are in need of renovation.
