Pros +
- Location and staff
- Great staff, very comfortable beds, and nice pool area. Easy 5-10 minute walk into town.
- Good location. Nice views!
Cons -
- It has become more expensive since last year but that is because it is entirely redone.
- The bathrooms aren’t very nice. Grey painted floors and ceilings, overall very cheap feeling. Hotel food and drink prices are much higher than comparable resorts. $25 for an aperol spritz, $30 for a Cesar salad, $20 for room delivery, etc.We had to change rooms due to construction needs. The good part is we got an upgrade which was very nice. The bad part was we waited around 4 hours to move (packing, resettling, etc.).The beach isn’t the nicest. I recommend sticking by the pool. Beach water is flat (rock barriers) and not the best maintained. Very old facilities. The hotel has a partnership and you pay $20 per chair per day at the Tahiti restaurant on the beach. Overall our stay was pleasant, but we wouldn’t plan to return as we’ve found other beach areas and resorts to be better overall.
- Bathroom small. ! Shower very small ! Not shelves in the bathroom !Breakfast poor.. plastic walls in bathroom!! Not 5 star hotel!

Well appointed rooms with very compfortable bed, nice linens, clean floors just perfecy for a 4 star Hotel
The hotel staff provided an exceptional experience. I even extended by one day as this hotel read anything that was on my mind. Special thanks to the gorgeous lady at the breakfast who made me start with a smile each day and the amazing lifeguards who made life so easy as they even rearranged the sun umbrellas as needed.
Nothing comes to my mind. Everything was beyond my expectations. They truly offer experiences.
The most gorgeous hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was amazing, staff were amazing, hotel and grounds immaculate and pool spotless and well managed
The amount of dogs ? around the pool and everywhere!
Perfect location since it’s the only 5 star hotel on the sea in San Remo. Best of everything is the amazing staff ❤️.
Very friendly staff, very good location, unforgettable restaurant and excellent welcoming cake
Waiting for elevator was a little longer than expected.
The Miramare is a gorgeous hotel set on beautiful grounds, steps away from the beach.
I didn’t realize our rooms were going to be located in the annex, not the main building. The annex, while brand new and beautifully done, is very inconvenient, especially in winter since you have to walk outside to get in the main building. We had stayed in the main building previously and enjoyed it a lot more. Also, there’s a flight of stairs to get to the room in the annex, no accessibility.
Pool area. Near to beach. Good location. Perfect valley service. The building is nicely restored, but very plain.
We had dinner at hotel. Too much echoing because of the hard surfaces. Very unpleasant. Was disappointing. Also serving was poor and unprofessional.
Beautiful property with amazing breakfast. Staff all super helpful
The room had very few electrical plugs and the drinks were overpriced
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended and booked a great restaurant for us. The hotel provided bikes for the pista ciclabile. The room was spacious with a nice view and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. The heated swimming pool was wonderful. There’s sea swimming available a short walk away. The city centre is a short walk away.
The door lock battery went and that was inconvenient. The breakfast on the Sunday was very poor due to lack of staff - no plates, eggs, bacon or bread.
Amazing location, beautiful outside areas. Rooms large, very comfortable. lovely staff.
Modern makeover not great. Dining very expensive wen hundreds of great restaurants nearby.
Breakfast great location lovely Bathroom a bit basic shower quite small:(

Excellent breakfast, the free use of bicycles, and the very friendly staff!
The staff here are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The pool is wonderful at 28 degrees in October. A great location too for the town. Our room was upgraded on arrival. A delicious selection of food for breakfast.
A couple of things could improve the experience further. The hot food options at breakfast were almost cold due to a lack of heat to the food containers. The price of the drinks was exceptionally high even for a five star hotel. We soon resolved this by going out of the hotel.
all, hotel and garden, breakfast
Poor
The room was large and bright, but the windows didn’t face the bike path (as the staff told us), but the road, where at 4 am motorcycles were driving. In the morning under the windows someone threw up. Breakfasts are very poor and scarce, omelet and fried eggs are paid and not tasty, rotten tomatoes. Only a large selection of sweets. In the evening the barman brought instead of a cocktail whiskey sauer, something strange without protein for 20 euros. Dinners in the restaurant are tasty, but when you order one fish, waiters somehow bring you 2, the cost of one fish is 100 euros. And the most interesting thing is that the hotel recommends car rental company, employees at the reception themselves take money, when you need to solve the issue with the return of the deposit, all say that yes yes, we will solve the issue, take tips. But as soon as the time comes for the deposit return, the hotel says that they have nothing to do with it. The rental company still has not returned the deposit of 1500 euros. If you want to get average service for quite a lot of money, that’s the right place for it
Friendly staff, nice ambiance, good food. Dog was warmly welcomed.
Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. The pool area was lovely and the staff once again were very pleasant and helpful
The bar area was a bit small
