The vibe it gives is great, feels like home, Giulia at the reception was so kind and helpful with everything, she made us feel special. And Michela, cooked us scrambled eggs without ham the next morning. ?????? I recommend. Rooms are small but very nice, because the hotel is old and has a long history.

I received a message days ago via Booking.com messaging app asking me to validate my booking information. Since it came via Booking.com I didn't hesitate to click on the link and checked my booking info. Later it also asked my credit card info which I gave. Afterwards, I learned that the message was a scam and hackers charged my credit card twice for the booking cost. I tried to reach the Booking.com and later the hotel. But the hotel didn't accept any liability saying that they are hacked and Booking.com didn't answer my requests to reimburse me. Still I'm waiting their reply. Pls. be aware that you might be scammed again when you try to book. Another issue is that we saw a cockroach in the room.

I have noticed that here and there there are voices of criticism that the guesthouse is slightly outdated etc. In my opinion it is simply perfectly suited to its price. Do not expect 5 star standard paying such a price. In this price range everything was fine. Very nice service. Pleasant view. Close to the sea. Decent food. Good breakfasts. Ideal for cyclists on trips (Cipresa; Poggio etc.)

The door to the bathroom didn't close, and it was broken...... very small parking, .and the car was blocked . The neighbors are very loud, the walls are very thin and you can hear the loud neighbors.

The room was the one advertised.The bathroom door was a simple plywood plank no lock or handle.I found a cockroach in the bathroom.The sink was not draining properly.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The location is good, if you are visiting by car. Rooms are clean, the area is calm. Breakfasts are good!

Parking spots limited - if you're among the last guests home at night you might have problems.Since the hotel is right on the principal road into San Remo it can get noisy from the traffic.

Hotel La Brise exceeded our expectations with its exceptional hospitality, warm atmosphere, and genuine willingness to assist in any situation. We were particularly grateful for the help in finding a dentist, which became necessary on the second day of our stay. The hotel, with its rich family history, has a unique charm that made our experience even more special. We stayed in a room with a stunning sea view, adding to the sense of peace and relaxation we enjoyed throughout our time there. Very nicely decorated hotel, super friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Very welcoming, also to our dogs (no charge). Great shower and you can look forward to the breakfast: it is very good!

The location is easily accessible with views of the sea. The staff were kind and efficient. Clean. It's all about a delicious breakfast! Coffee rated 10

Lovely place, amazing location on the cycle track out of San Remo. Nice little bar, breakfast was great with good choice and quality foods.

The room was a bit small and with no view (but it was last minute/great price so not grumpy at all.

The hotel only have few places to park so you have to park your car in the street ( it wasn’t easy to find a space ). Seconde floors room ( no lift ) Very noisy people during our stay shouting at 7 am kids + dogs barking.. well the bad was not confortable at all the room very small for the price we paid it’s a real SCAM ( nothing look like the picture ) I don’t recommend this place.
