Nice staff and team being helpful, good breakfast included in stay and regular shuttle bus to town.

Not to 4 star standard, may be 3 star, with very dated decor/ in need of a lot of improvement, room blinds were broken and down (covering window / dark room), I asked them three times to fix it but it wasn’t done, in the end I had to try to jam the roller blind to get some light in.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable

Dirt everywhere, noot properly cleaned in many years. Shower door not possible to close. Kids peeing in the pool.

Pictures from reality was a big difference. The hotel was very old and not renovated, dusted, not clean, very poor explanation where to go to the rooms, not working properly toilet (the water was always running and disturbing sleep), bath clot not working to run water. Too much chlorine in pool, wish the water would be cleaner not with chemicals. Not a 4 star hotel.

We discovered this hotel 5years ago; we love it for its pool, the very friendly and professional staff and the good restaurant for dinner.Mr Flavio and his team is doing a great job from early in the morning until late in the night !!The possibility of having breakfast & dinner included, is a very convenient offer :)Keep going like this: good food for dinner, professional & human staff, clean pool and nice music in the afternoon!

We believe that it was not as clean as in the previous yearsAfter Covid, maybe due to the global crisis, the hotel became old and seems that management is not aware that this is not meeting the expectations of 4* level.Max 3* for some rooms.But the common areas seem forgotten

The receptionist guy is so kind and very welcoming. I did not get his name but we will come back to this hotel on august. The hotel is nice . Room is big and has a big balcony with a view of the sea. I dried my beach clothing there after we went to the beach. They have have a fresh linen and Bedsheets. The bathroom has complete toiletries and they have bath tub after long day outside you can relax. They also have an outdoor swimming pool. The most thing i like in this hotel is it is Family friendly especially it has a KID’s Corner where my kids can play toys and draw.

Room ok

but over all a bad clima and dirty so a 70's style hotel or maybe older ,a spider hang over in the middle of the floor almost get it in my hair ? we came after 15 o clock and wait for almost 1 hour extra for the room to be ready?they have room service but in the evening you have wait 2 hours for you stuff ( makes no sens) aaa ,Breakfast BiG problem?

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was a feast and I specially love the Italian way. The view from the room and terrace was excellent and parking right next to the hotel. Nice location and quiet.

The house had good times a while ago. It urgently needs an overhaul. Bathroom, bed, doors, amazing for a house that once must have been a great place.

Don't even give a try. Totally waste of money

Water was or too cold or boiling hot, so not comfortable to get a shower, the hotel seems it was good but 40 years ago, nowadays the structure is rather old. They first gave us one room that it was dirty and not ready yet from previous gest, second room they gave us floor was plenty of dust from the painture coming out from walls and ceiling. Air condition was out of order therefore quite uncomfortable. The experience was like being in an old and cheap hotel.

but we go to Nyale for beach and swimming. And the way to the beach was hard for family with 2 chd. It will be good that there wil be shuttle to the beach

Staying at this hotel was better than being homeless.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00PM (15:00). We immediately went to the pool, which was nice, but the lifeguards were looking at their phones 90% of the time. Not super safe. The worst part was the dibilitating BLACK MOLD growing on the ceiling by the air conditioning. My wife is asthmatic and woke up with vertigo. Our 4 year old son had to help her to the bathroom in the middle of the night, because she could not walk straight. We only realized the mold when we woke up just before checkout. When we brought this up to the front desk, she brushed it off as "condensation". I'm adding photos to prove it was in fact black mold, with a very common side effect of vertigo. She offered a "sorry" after my wife had to speak with her in italian to explain the brevity of the situation. Black mold can cause cancer with enough exposure. She was sick all day and slept our entire 6 hour drive to France. It took her 24 hrs to feel better after the black mold acute exposure. Beyond this, the room was out-dated, the couch cracked and uncomfortable. The bathroom spa shower did not have enough pressure to work, and the spa jacuzzi was filthy. When we turned it on, previous guest hair came out and our children were crying. The playground seats stained our kid's bathing suits. The indoor playroom is now just a laundry room. The cappuccino was made by a robot and it was....ok.This was our least favorite stay in all of Italy. I hope they can take this feedback to make the hotel as wonderful as it could be. Definitely not worth the $289 we paid.

Location was a bit out of the way. Apart from our room and reception, the rest of the buildings looked jaded and in need of some major decoration. Bit of a hike from reception to our room via underground tunnel which at least should have been decorated to make it interesting instead of having pipes and services visible,, breakfast was ok ish. But only had 2/6 breakfasts ! Not the nicest of dining areas.

View from our room wasn’t so great, facilities pretty outdated, Wi-Fi was pretty weak. Also wish our TV had more channels or the option for Netflix etc

Amazing place to relax, helpful and professional staff (reception). Beautiful big room with balcony and lovely view to the garden and sea. Nice food.

Style of serving diner food. Very slow staff. Maybe it is better offer buffet style of diner than serving one. We spent there sometimes more than 2,5h. Very late timing. Garden and pool staff missing. No one was taking care about garden and pool location.

Staff we excellent and super helpful. The pool was great and the breakfast had lots of variety.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel and a nice warm pool. The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. Had everything we need. The morning buffet had multiple baked goods, eggs bacon etc.

A bit hard to get to citycenter. Managed to get a taxi down but not back up to the hotel so approx. 1km normal walking and then 500m straight uphill, which was not so pleasant.
