Location

Hard to find. No road fronting lobby. Need to park car by nearest curb and call hotel bell hop for luggage assistance.

Our room was large, and we used the couch as a second pull out bed, which was comfortable. The location is fantastic -- right at the heart of things (and close to the casino). The best part was the amazing buffet breakfast on the upper floor, with stunning views of the city. And you can walk up to the roof deck where there are loungers and a hot tub. We rented bikes (not from the hotel) and road along the boardwalk, to several other little towns - very fun!!

Room is clean, includes everything you need. The location is amazing, straight to the main shopping street and meters away from the beech. The staff are friendly and responsive

It was all good; will definitely stay there if I visit Sanremo again.

Front desk too rigid. AC wasn’t working well in the room. I asked for them to fix, it didn’t get fixed. They only offered free breakfast. They charged me extra for night of parking when I only parked my car there one night. They just assumed that I need parking so my entire stay. Very rigid. Poor customer service. Not very friendly. Manager walked away from discussions. Oh and 2 our 3 rooms had terrible wifi I had to hotspot. I would not go back.

The attractiveness of the hotel, the location of the hotel which was extremely convenient, the staff were always willing to assist us at any time of the day. The garage service was so convenient, because the chauffeur from the garage brings your car to you at the hotel.

The staff was extremly helpful while helping me to locate my evacuated car and explaining to me the process of recovering it. Thank you very much for that, guys!

One significant inconvenience of this hotel is a complete lack of any parking space even for a short period. So even for loading/unloading your baggage you need to park nearby on a paid slot and ask the hotel staff for help.

We only booked it again because we spontaneously decided to go to Italy and all our favourites were unavailable. Nice breakfast, but they are way too many pastries options which makes breakfast very expensive AND wasteful. The buffet was still very full when they closed. And well, vending machine coffee in Italia is a crime. Especially when you pay 15€ for breakfast… But the breakfast ladies are adorable. The room was clean and neat. The pillows in the wardrobe are great but the ones on the bed are uncomfortable, very thick and hard.

The hotel is very noisy from the streets, the hallway, and the rooms next-door. The double mattresses are two singles put together but they slide away through the night. Staff is somewhat unhelpful and unfriendly. The room is very crowded and small you can barely move around the room and unpacking two bags is a bit of a challenge. For some unknown reason there’s like 8 random mirrors in each room? Maybe they hope we will break them ?

There is nothing to like about this hotel other than the geometric location.

Our favorite hotel room of our 2 week Europe trip staying in many hotels.Helpful, efficient staff and well maintained, new feeling hotel.

The location and the facilities was amazing and the breakfast area with magnificent sea views which you can’t beat !

We booked a classic, which was lovely, but advertised as 20m when it is only approx 16 ! Makes a big difference when you have suitcases with you ! So beware ! The bedroom door is only a mere metre away from the bed ! So beware when opening ! The shower is semi circular and extremely small! !

I had left a package behind , they send it via mail back to me . I really do appreciate the chain of emails and explanation until i received the parcel .

Grat location and connection with public transport, Breakfast was amazing.

There is no parking or garage, but there are public parking lots, and kind staff will guide you on how can you use it and pay through an application.

The hotel is located in a great spot. The rooms were comfortable and had a great view.

We could not use some of the facilities offered. We booked the hotel for the spa and the great rooftop terrace, unfortunately there was no communication from the hotel beforehand that these facilities will be closed during our stay. We werent able to use the rooftop as there was a private party and also not the spa at all which was a let down as we wouldve booked a different hotel if we knew this.

It is located in a busy shopping mall with no cars so good shopping place. The hotel has a great rooftop area with beautiful views but sadly there were no services for food and drinks despite there being a nice looking bar. But when we went down to the ground floor we ordered drinks and the staff very kindly delivered them to the rooftop. It is also located next to a casino and there are many restaurants nearby.
