- Fantastic location
- I stayed in a one-bed appartment operated in a separate building (a little further up the hill from the hotel.) A nice, roomy apartment with large windows. the walk to the beach is only 15 min or so. There are two grocery stores within 10 min walk. Very helpful staff.

Cons -
- A bit hot but there was a pedestal fan
- Steep road to get there
- The window blinds were not great and awkward, but everything else was as you'd expect.

I like the friendly reception, the location, cleanliness
Steep road to get there
The apartment was great, value for money and the staff made it very straight forward. The room view was as good as could be of the city from the level of the place. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys using the great kitchenette at this room.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is great although it is positioned up a hill.
Perhaps some rooms could do with updating but that didn’t bother me.
The hotel is simple but comfortable and in a great central location. The breakfast was lovely, with the highlight being the excellent coffee served by the charming owner.
The room was very large and had everything needed (fridge, TV, shower, toiletries, windows, clean bed linen, etc.). The location is excellent and you can be in the old town as well as by the sea and in the new centre in a short time. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ‘small but nice’ and gives you a good start to the day. The coffee is particularly good. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would stay here again if I were to visit Sanremo again.
Very welcome clean tidy and a very good location. And the 2 brothers that own it are very nice. They also have their own beach fantastic.I have stayed there a few times now.And really enjoyed it Simple but good breakfast and the coffee is amazing.
The location, functionality, value for money and friendliness of the staff were great. I also enjoyed the breakfast and great coffee!
Perhaps some might prefer the hotel to be updated but I actually liked the way it was.
Staff were fantastic. Man at reception was really helpful and even found a phone charger for us. Breakfast was good and plentiful .
Location of the hotel is great. We liked the room we had- it had all the facilities and was overlooking the beautiful city of Sanremo. Staff was nice, kind and helpful- Special thanks to Oksana, who recommended us some places to go to see the city. Overall, we recommend this hotel and hope to come back.
The reception was exceptional. They helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was great, big rooms and a great view.
The Internet didn't work on oit first day and it was verg unstable on the second day.
The room provided did not match the photos, with outdated furniture, poor lighting, musty smells, dust, dirt, and an unc
The photos of the room we booked did not match reality. We were given a different room, which was much worse than expected. The furniture was old, the room was dark, and there was a musty smell. Dust and dirt were everywhere, and the bathroom was dirty with a strong smell of sewage. The liquid soap dispenser was left in the sink, and the room seemed unprepared for guests. There were hardly any toiletries provided—just a towel and shampoo. No slippers, dental kit, or shower cap were available. The shower had dark mold spots, and the locks on the doors were extremely difficult to use, causing more issues during our stay. The staff left a negative impression as well. The receptionist, who didn’t speak any English, was unfriendly and slow during check-in. After we were shown to the room, we asked to switch, showing the misleading photos from Booking.com as evidence. The reception manager directed us to speak with the hotel owner over the phone. The owner was rude, interrupting us throughout the conversation and refusing to answer questions. When we asked why the photos on the website were different from the real rooms, he claimed they were of apartments, not hotel rooms, which felt deceptive. He even suggested that if we didn’t like the room, we could leave without a refund.Since it was already late (around 10 p.m.), we were left with no real option. When I tried to close the door after returning to the room, I couldn’t remove the key from the keyhole. We called the receptionist to help, but he became indignant, loudly muttering under his breath and accusing us of breaking the lock, repeatedly shouting, "Kaput!" He eventually managed to remove the key but then scolded us loudly, lecturing us about how to use the lock properly. We were exhausted and upset by this point and couldn’t even remember the instructions he gave us earlier due to the stress of the situation. To top it all off, the WiFi was very weak and unreliable.
The property was in city centre
It was too small. We were given only 1 towel each and the beds were really uncomfortable ( they had like a hole in the middle)
The location was near the center.
If you're considering staying at here, do yourself a favor and **DON'T**. This place is a nightmare. The moment I walked in, I was met with some of the rudest staff I've ever encountered—they acted like I was an inconvenience just for checking in.The rooms are absolutely tiny, and the smell... I can't even describe how awful it was. It's like they haven't cleaned in years. And to make things worse, the toilet was broken! I had to practically beg for someone to come fix it, and even then, they acted like they were doing me a favor and they blamed it on us.As for breakfast, don't even bother. It was the saddest, most disgusting excuse for a meal I've ever seen—stale bread, cold brioche and that’s it.Trust me, there are way better places to stay. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy terrible service, filthy rooms, and wasting your money.
Big and comfortable bed. Good sound isolation from the street.
Very small room. All the facilities are old. Photos doesn't match the real room.
All ofThe staff were very welcoming and very nice to me.I was disabled person with a broken leg.And everybody helped me.The rooms are very cool and a very nice hotel to stay in Good breakfast and everything was nice.A very good people , they even have their own beach
Very good location with garage inside garage for our car. Gentleman at the reception was very friendly, kind and thorough.
No Italian, English, German or Spanish speaking person at the reception at the time of our arrival. Luckily, Slavic people could communicate between each other if speaking slowly. To many instructions for basic things like opening doors etc. Instructions were slow and very detailed.
Even when it's a 2 star hotel, it was nicer than expected and really clean. The breakfast had some good options: bread, fruit, cereal, yoghurt and good coffeeThe receptionist was really friendly and recommended us nice places to eat. Grazie mille!
The only bad point was the wifi, we couldn't really connect from our room downstairs and even upstairs it kept disconnecting.
