I recently stayed at Hotel Etello and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. They offer convenient parking, which was a huge plus for us. The room was cozy, with excellent air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch, ensuring everything was always spotless. We also enjoyed the small breakfast included in the price, which was a great way to start the day. The staff at Hotel Etello were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very noisy next to busy street all night we heard people walking and singing. The only good thing is the location in the center of shopping place

Location was good.

Constant smell of cigarettes. This was due to work being done by builders to the rear. They could be seen sitting a few feet away from bathroom window when opened. No mention of this work when booking. Paper cups for tea and coffee making in room. Not acceptable for a "supreme" room.Breakfast was chaotic. Needed to keep asking for things eg no bowls for cereal, glasses for juice, people sat down at tables that had not been set up and remained that way. The two young staff members very nice but seemed overwhelmed and under trained.

There is no soundproofing in the room. We listened to our neighbour's TV all night. The bed and pillows are too hard.

Everything is fine. We are in the middle of town, nice room, street concert every friday afternoon right under our windows. What's not to like !

The staff were very helpful. The room was a good size, very clean with excellent with excellent bed linen and a very comfortable bed.

We struggled to find the front of the hotel where the parking was. Address for for the parking end would be useful.

Great location, wonderful staff and such a helpful manager.Rooms clean and nicely appointed. Great to be on the main street, with the windows closed you don't hear anything.Very quaint hotel, still has a key for the door and provides a nice breakfast.

Very charming, family led hotel. It's super clean. The service is very goed en the people are incredibly friendly.They love to park your car! Breakfast is goed voor a smal Italian hotel with 3 stars.
